After my review, the customer service team reached out to me and gave me credits to use at COSM which I felt was a very fair gesture. I went to see Charlie and the Chocolate Factory a few months ago, and my girlfriend and I had a blast. The food was great, the servers were nice, and there was no Dancing with the Stars Reception making a bunch of noise behind us LOL. I definitely recommend this place. The fact that establishment actually responded to my complaint and made a very nice gesture to rectify the situation shows a class act company who cares. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks again! Michael

It sort of reminds me of a smaller version of The Sphere that is located in Las Vegas. But there isn't any movement with the seats but the screen is very clear! We came here during the afternoon for a party of five and we already pre-planned and bought the tickets online. The seating arrangement is a little confusing so ask a worker to get to your seat. We had a two-person booth and also three bar stool seats. I feel like the screen was slightly too close to us. You can order drinks and food that will be delivered to you. The chicken wings were tasty and the hamburger was delicious! We also got a side of fries which is extra and those were nice and crispy. The price though is a killer but it was just an experience to try it out. They have other movies to watch and I'd be down to come back to watch The Matrix.

There really isn't a bad seat in the house, and the sound quality is impeccable. The venue has a unique seating setup where you purchase tickets by section rather than by individual seat, and then choose your seats within that area. I actually loved that arrangement because it offered some flexibility while still keeping things organized. The staff and owners were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful in person, which made the experience even better. My only frustration was trying to contact the theater beforehand. Their phone recording instructs callers to leave a message, but the beep never comes, making it impossible to actually leave one. I also didn't receive a response to my email inquiry. If you have questions before an event, that can be a little irritating. That said, once you're there, the experience is wonderful. Great venue, great atmosphere, and excellent acoustics. I'd definitely return for another show!

We had met him at another event in Beverly Hills a few weeks before, chatted with him (a really great guy as well as a great jazz musician). We signed up for the entire event from the soundcheck which was an amazing show (with the choir) in its own right - and there were relatively few people in the audience (in total I think the venue seats 228 people. BTW there is ample parking all around if you are willing to walk a block. The soul food buffet was very good, and even included a glass of wine, beer or soda. Would we return? Absolutely and

There's a lot of development still happening in the area so the area around CineVita looked kind of rough but there was a dirt path lined with some trees to get to the venue which literally faces SoFi Stadium. I can't imagine how congested it would be if you had tickets to a show and there was also something going on a SoFi. Picnic area/bar/food stations were outside the venue. Concession stand and bar was also inside the venue. The queuing to get scanned in didn't make sense to me and felt like it took way longer than it should and it was not even that busy yet. They have mobile ordering at the table so I ordered a slice of Pepperoni pizza. I've seen comments saying the food isn't good, but it's more or less the same quality food at a movie theater or at the stadium. It was expensive and fine for what it was, but I fully expected that. One thing I'll say is the wine selection was pretty good and so was the liquor selection. Clearly they could tell that the audience attending CineVita was not your typical sporting event beer drinking crowd. Show was supposed to start at 7:30pm supposedly but didn't really start until 8pm. There was a quick intro speech highlighting the venue itself which is a Spiegel tent. Thought it was a pretty well made temporary structure. Seating for the shared tables was very crammed. So much that even the servers had trouble passing by which seemed not great in case of an emergency. Given the larger size of Americans, don't think these small tables should have more than 4 max at a table for the most optimal experience. There were 8 of us crammed at my table and it was a pretty uncomfortable experience. Fortunately I was in an aisle so was able to spill over into the aisle a bit, but I felt bad for the couple that was at the front of our table and on the other side who was wedged between people from two other tables. Nobody wants to be that close to each other! Performances for Teen Beat Live definitely were nostalgic for me as someone born in the 80s. Lots of great classic 80s songs were performed throughout the show and seeing this is LA, the performers were excellent! I definitely was dancing in my seat the entire time! Restroom facilities are a fancy porta potty that are very tight inside. Knowing the venue was a portable tent, I thought they had the nicest quality of porta potties at least. Overall a great experience. I hope they take guest feedback about seating and the overall flow getting into the venue into account and work out the kinks as I definitely think the concept itself has potential.

But once you're there, the fountain of the sofi and the red carpet, make you feel special as you enter. The vibe is 80s cheesy fun and the crowd ate it up! The singers and dancers did an incredible job and deserved the standing ovation they received. The theme itself was fun but I think they can do more with a story. It felt very Vegas or cruise ship, instead of clever and quirky LA immersive plays. Drinks and food are pretty pricy but they sell off the pizzas for $10 at the end of the evening (which I appreciate).

Arrived at the theater on time at 6:15pm, my lady and I ordered our popcorn, a pizza and 2 soft drinks. Around 6:20 the so called previews were to begin and all we saw was a black screen with pure sound only. The previews sound stopped, the light came back on, shortly after got our food order, great. 6:45pm came and the movie finally started with no previews, no opening credits, pretty sure we missed the first 10-15 minutes of the movie. I started to become very disappointed of how my experience started but I couldn't let that ruin our date night. The movie was overall amazing, didn't disappoint as much as the theater experience did. On top of all that, this brand new theater in Inglewood that just opened in 2021 has the worst looking armrests on their reclining seats in the IMAX theater number 1. Technical issues should've been announced before hand and the movie should've at least been rewound to the beginning. Tickets are not as affordable as they were and when you're spending $25+ per ticket, all one asks is to at least get what they pay for. Btw, the waitress that attended us was superb, so sorry I don't remember her name.

I was completely lost trying to find my way over to a nearby venue, looking stressed, when Emmanuel stopped to ask if he could help us. Instead of just pointing, he went out of his way to walk my husband and I all the way in the right direction and was just incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. Selflessness of this level is such a rarity these days! Super unprofessional and shady. After the event ended at 11 PM, it took us 2.5 HOURS just to get out. Workers were standing around doing nothing--no direction, no traffic control. The only reason things finally moved was because a cop showed up and stepped in. It was so bad we had time to walk to In-N-Out, get food, come back, eat, and STILL hadn't moved. Total chaos. Never again.

I was able to view the stage without having to stand up despite everyone else in front of me standing up so that was a bonus (because I was in the aisle seat). One of the security guards took a photo for me when I asked. The areas were spacious. There were plenty of bathrooms. There were food trucks outside. I liked that merchandise was also sold outside. The acoustics inside were good. The theater is modern with a lot of glass walls in the hallway areas. There are several concession stands and a lot of workers. The bad: The parking I got was listed as "You Tube theater parking" but was extremely far away. That's not Youtube Theater's fault but I do think parking is tricky. It was a little tricky to see the letters for rows for seats during the dark and I thought there'd be attendants at each door entryway but there was not so I had to ask a few people inside and go in and out a few times to confirm where my seat was. The interesting: The main entrance was closed for my event so I had to go to entry #10. The security line went quickly and the lady scanning my ticket was cheerful and nice.
