It's honestly one of those places that never disappoints and is always worth visiting when you're in LA. Even on a weekday which I feel most ppl wouldn't expect. The staff is great, but one tip: order both of your drinks right at the beginning of the show. Once the comedians come out, service can slow down a bit, and you'll definitely want your drinks ready so you can just sit back and enjoy. I come here at least a few times a month and it's always worth it however because I come often I sometimes wish they didn't always have a 2 drink minimum.

Comics were great which is why it sucks that the latter half of our time was lackluster, we knew going in we would have to purchase something , but one gin-tonic (bombay) a ginger beer , a single pepsi and two waters being 75$ is outlandish by just about any standard. Come for the show but watch your wallet and drink heavily before hand to avoid sticker shock & always email your receipt My one caveat is i was thankful some of the staff was mindful and got the people in front of me to stop recording.

There are some stairs to get up, but it was very spacious and had a lively ambiance! The comedians were hilarious, and I could definitely see myself coming on consistent Tuesdays with a lineup like that! It felt more underground than the more mainstream comedy spots, which was refreshing & felt like the comedians were hungrier! The service was great, but my only complaint would be a lack of food options. I believe they only had popcorn and perhaps a pretzel. That definitely wasn't sufficient for me for the time we were there! But food aside, it was a great spot and I definitely see myself returning!

Ended up ordering some pizza and wings, to enjoy the comedians. Second time was a little better, hence the 4 stars. I think this place would be an amazing 5 star location, if they sold food. Customer service is okay, and they only had 1 server on hand. I wish they would have closed the rear windows by the reserved tables, it was raining and the back of my neck was getting wet. Overall, I'd give this place another try, I like the whole layout of the place, and the comedians are funny as hell. #1 Sell food That's it. Only downside.

Although we were all technically legal adults, I still think there is something very sleazy about an authority figure in his 40s swaying 18 and 19 year old aspiring actors to perform nude with him. Of course, he tailored his messaging toward empowerment-- all bodies are great bodies, and all bodies are welcome. The reality, however, was that most of these students were recent L.A. arrivals with little working knowledge of the entertainment industry. It's hard not to recognize the power imbalances at play and potential vulnerabilities being exploited. Having said that, I will not disparage the talent that came out of these shows, and I will commend the owner's rules regarding privacy (no cameras allowed) and hygiene (towel is required).

Nude Comedy LA is a local small theater group that not only offers amazing entertainment, but practices all-inclusiveness, and body positivity as well. In addition to comedy nights, they also offer karaoke, open mic, various events via sponsors, and refreshments including wine!! Refreshments are cash preferred Niambi the goddess mc/hostess with the mostest and expecting mother-to-be is amazing! Great opener and all-around entertainer. Didn't get a chance to chat with her after the show but she's good vibes times ten. The parking in the area is very much street with both residential and metered spots down and around Tujunga Ave between Moorpark and Woodbridge. They do have restrooms inside though theme nights and shows don't typically run too long. Allen Levin, the owner, is a saint fielding calls for questions and managing sales and lineups. Definitely had a great and positive experience with NCLA and would attend again.

We went to see different comedians last night and were very satisfied with the service and the ambiance. It is fairly a small venue with good vibes, good times, good energy, great comedians, and last but not least, great hosts. I believe there were 5 to 6 comedians for last night's show that started exactly on time. We weren't that hungry, but since the 2 item is required we got couple of drinks, Chicken Street Tacos, a burger & Garlic Fries. Obviously we shared them all. The Garlic Fries stole the show for both of us. I have been to this lovely comedy club in the past and saw some of my favorite comedians: Arsenio Hall, Dave Chappelle, Daniel Tosh, Margaret Cho, Sebastian Maniscal's and Craig Robinson. Once you enter the venue, they take away your phones, lock them up and after the show, you will get them back. Excellent comedians, we had a good laugh, place was very clean and so were both bathrooms, full bar. They charge $18 for valet, but we parked on the street. Go check out this place if you already haven't. As some of us know, "laughter is the BEST medicine". Thank you all very much for a lovely time & great hospitality!!

I attended a comedy show here to see Dale Elliott. Dale was amazing , nothing bad to say there!…read moreParking; there is street parking available if you arrive earlier enough , and also there is a parking garage that this establishment shares with another establishment. Parking garage is not a far distance from the Ice House as it is on the other side of street, located about a 2-3 minute walk up. Inside: there is seating and bar when you walk inside. I bobs this establishment hosts multiple shows at a time , so once you inform the staff of whom You are seeing, they will let you know to wait at the seats or at the bar. Waiting at bar will suck , because the table seating is limited and the bar area is small. Don't buy a drink at the bar if you plan to only purchase your minimum (2 drinks) For the event. But of course if there is seating available outside the bar, you are more than welcome to sit, you just have to watch crowd. Once inside the area for the show, there's about space to hold around 100 or so people. The seating is pretty tight , so small nice. Services: the waiter/waitresses were minimal, I'm not sure if someone called out , but there were only 2 people to handle a crowd of 100+ people. We were the last to get served and we got served literally 10-15 minutes before the close of the show. I had to rate the organization of this establishment as poor. Food: the Asian wings were fuego , and the drinks were decent , liquor matched the price and can't complain about that. I'd say that if ice house can manage to have adequate staffing during shows , this would definitely increase the rating. By getting the food/drinks to customer quicker would definitely increase satisfaction. Or at least allow orders that are placed at the bar , count towards the minimum, that way food can at least have something while they wait for the waiters during the event. Honestly if this would have happened, I would have ordered more during the event. Also there should be something done about having more signage for events , so folks know where to go once inside, that was a bit confusing at first (especially for first timers like us). Restrooms were spacious and clean and I have no arguments about that. Would I attend again ? Maybe, I appreciated the intimacy of the event and that would probably be the only reason I'd return.
