Level 99 isn't good at telling you what to do, so make sure for each room that you click on the hints so you have a better understanding of what it is you should be doing. Sometimes you may need to do a room multiple times to actually understand the objective, which is why like the 4 hour worked for my 2nd time because I was able to either have a semblance from the first time or know to check the hints. Perfect group for a room is like about 4 people so everyone can do something and contribute. I love love love the different kinds of rooms from more physical based challenges like trying to climb a horizontal rock wall and hit buttons to communication ones like directing someone to move a ball through a maze to silly ones like using the walls to spin the floor to match colors, and so many more (building the highest tower, using massive chopsticks to grab balls, etc.) Def would love to come back

First and most importantly: the moment that bracelet goes on, the clock is ticking! Once you're inside, food and drinks probably shouldn't be your priority. We went on a Saturday night, and our food took a while, so if you want to eat beforehand, I'd recommend stopping at Victory Bar first. That way you can actually enjoy your meal without feeling like you're racing the clock. Another thing that surprised me was that the game rooms didn't really have clear explanations of how to play. You basically walk in and have to figure it out as you go. Some games were pretty intuitive, but others definitely had us standing there like, "Okay...what are we supposed to do?" A little more instruction would go a long way, especially for first-time visitors. And let me give you one BIG warning: YOU WILL SWEAT. A LOT. I brought a mini fan thinking I was prepared, and I was still an absolute mess by the end. The games are much more physical than you might expect, so dress accordingly and prepare to get your workout in. Despite those things, we genuinely had fun. There's definitely room for improvement, especially when it comes to instructions and the overall timing/food situation, but I still had a great time and would absolutely return. Just learn from my first-timer mistakes, eat beforehand, wear something comfortable, and bring a fan!

Some stuff wasn't working functionally (specifically some scanning puzzles) but still a good time and we got out. The second room we did was Who Stole the Mona Lisa which was more difficult. No locks and almost all puzzles/riddles. Very difficult and had to max out our clues but we also got out. We had a weird glitch happen mid-game but our game master Avery was really helpful in setting us back up to restart. Pretty busy area in Fairfax Corner but there is plenty of parking within a block of the building. If you love escape rooms, this place has multiple rooms for everyone.

These type presentations should be tailored to the specific customer needs and business. When I booked the event, someone should have asked me then what kind of business my company did. A little time before hand finding out the customer and adding a few things into that presentation would have made it more relevant because in many areas it was informative and fun. More interaction, ice breakers keeps an audience engaged. Proof slides, grammar and spell checking should always be done. So many misspellings in the slides makes it appear less professional. As a four-person group, we decided to take on Poe's Chambers. The theming of this room is immaculate! Just the door to the room evokes the early 19 hundreds. Poe's Chambers really makes you feel like you're in the creative poet's home. I loved the overall feel! My fiancé and I were able to get the group through some of the puzzles, just due to our vast experience with rooms. I believe even our first-timer friends were able to see how we were making the connections and able to get their brains going too! I felt like we all really handled the room well and that it was friendly to them. There is one puzzle in particular I think E.R.A. needs to update. If it doesn't sit just so, it's easy to miss the clue. Though, everything else in the room worked flawlessly. Our game master was very attentive when we asked for two clues, though it took us a bit to decode her hints. We got out with 7 minutes to spare. I can see why this room would be an 8/10 difficulty. It's a fairly linear room, which I prefer when it comes to games. I've done rooms that feel scattered and those frustrate me to no end, lol.
