Oh boy, let me tell you what a difference it makes. Ronnie does such a awesome job making my eyelashes look thick, long, and natural. Her services are located across from Kahala mall and is a part of Helen's Haven. The facility looks very professional and the room that she does eyelashes in is comfortable. I first met Ronnie at an eyelash convention for Xtreme lashes. I was getting my eyelashes done by my friend's mom from Kauai and she introduced me to Ronnie so I could get retouched from her. Retouches start at $40 and ranges by how much work your eyelashes need. Ronnie is so sweet and she is very easy to talk to. She's really attentive at making sure that the customer is taken care of. She gives you a cushion for under your legs to make sure you're comfortable while lying down, offers you water, and even gives you a blanket to get cozy under. I recommend wearing comfortable/semi warm clothes because the room does get a little chilly with the AC and you will be laying down for a while. Luckily for me, I fell asleep while Ronnie was doing my lashes so it felt so fast. She's really good at what she does and does it with a passion. Passion is everything's and can make all the difference if whether something works or not. Every time I do my lashes with Ronnie, I always leave satisfied :) trust me you won't be disappointed!

Super close and convenient location, can book appts online or through messaging, morning appts at 8:45 all the way til 3:45. I immediately scheduled a lashlift. Her office is across the street from St Louis Drive In, small parking lot up front. You message her when you arrive and get the code to the door that's closest to the street when she's ready. Up the stairs which look dark but then opens up into her bright, airy, lovely studio! She took less than 45 min and stands by her work. I had naively asked for a less dramatic and more subtle lift but it did my hooded eyelids no favors and I wasn't happy about how it looked. I asked if I could rebook a week later and she got me in right away and gave me a lovely dramatic lift that I am so pleased with and she didn't charge me for the re-do. She also does some advanced facials and microneedling and tattoo makeup. I already booked my appt for my next lashlift and a brow shaping. Ansje is skilled, knowledgeable, and so professional- I'm so happy that she's set up shop in Kaimuki! Anyways found Caneesha through Instagram and I admired her work. What I loved even more was her late hours. It's hard to find someone that does lashes after 4pm. Booked an appointment to get my old set removed and Caneesha put on a brand new set. Since then, I've booked consistently with Caneesha every 2-3 weeks and luckily have my appointments booked out in advance for the rest of the year. Her attention to detail is amazing and her work is phenomenal. Every single lash that falls out has the most perfect fan base. I've never found a lash that wasn't perfect. When I first met Caneesha she worked out of her home but now she has a big beautiful salon located right on Keolu drive across from McDonald's near the shack Kailua. I found this place on Yelp and wanted to give it a try. I texted the phone number here, to which…read morethe owner (Mika?) replied instantly and sweetly. She was extremely nice and accommodating over text, informing me of her available time slots, services, and prices. On the morning of my appointment, she texted me asking if I could come at an earlier time. I said yes. Unfortunately, I was running late, so I let her know over text. She called me and very brashly asked if I was on my way. I reassured her that I was close by, but she sounded very annoyed and repeated several times that it was "15 minutes past my appointment time." I apologized and drove as fast as I could to the location. Upon arrival, I parked in the back of the building and called her again to make sure I was in the right place and did not need to pay for parking. She ignored my question and told me to RUN up the stairs because she had a client coming in 20 minutes and she was "not sure what she could do for me" because I was, again, "WAY past my appointment time." She said to hurry because I also had to sign waiver forms. My assumption is that Mika had booked clients back to back that day because if she had a client coming in 20 minutes, that meant that my entire appointment was only 40 minutes long (which, in my opinion, is too short to give proper care and attention anyway). I had trouble finding the stairs to go up to the salon so called her one more time, only for Mika to say, "You know what, I can't take you anymore, there's not enough time." I said sorry again for being so late and asked if I could just get my old appointment slot back (later that day). She said no, she had already filled it so I had to figure something else out. TL;DR: I was super late to my lash lift appointment and it ended up getting cancelled. Therefore, I cannot speak to Mika's skills as a lash tech or quality of service. However, I am leaving this review to inform everyone of the unprofessional correspondence I had with her. Maybe she was just under a lot of stress today, I don't know. Regardless, there is no need to speak to anyone so rude and condescendingly, especially not a potential paying client. I apologize for wasting her time, but still feel like the bad attitude she gave me was uncalled for. I have made an appointment at a different salon where I hope to be respected as a customer instead of talked down on like a child.
