They had explained prices and processes in detail the first time we spoke, but I decided to try and work with the tenant one last time before pursuing formal eviction. My daughter hasn't contributed any money during the 16 months she has lived with me. I contacted Hemet Eviction Services on October 28th, 2024 and the lady on the phone seemed genuinely sympathetic to my needs. We started the process and whenever I was contacted to pay fees for their help completing forms, process server or Courthouse, I paid immediately. I was anxious to complete the process. The last paperwork to be processed was an EJ-130 form for a lockout through the help of the Sheriff Department. The first time the paperwork was submitted to the Courthouse is was rejected on a technical issue. The paperwork was returned to me along with the check that they had sent. I was told to send the paperwork to their office in Modesto, California, which I did. When I returned the paperwork, I got a tracking number which I have proof of. They received everything on March 7th, 2025. When I contacted them, they told me that paperwork had been corrected and resent to the Courthouse. This morning I contacted the Courthouse and they told me they haven't received the form. I tried contacting the Eviction Services and now they won't respond. I've been ghosted. I contacted the lawyer who had recommend them originally and he was disappointed. He thought they were a reputable company, working with an outstanding lawyer. I asked him to not recommend them to anyone else in the future. He stated he wouldn't recommend clients to them. read more

I am a landlord with tenants not paying. Debbie at the Eviction Center is knowledgeable, helpful and quick without making you feel rushed. This is now my only go-to company for handling the legal tough stuff. Excellent customer service! Thank you Eviction Center, especially Debbie. Debbie knows the law and stays updated. Even with all the pandemic and elections changes, she is updated. She has access to member only websites that are not cost effective for me to join and is willing to log in and check while I am on the phone with her. Nice! I was impressed with their knowledge. I spent many hours searching the web, talking to real estate agent friends and other landlords. When I called the Eviction Center, she told me more in minutes, literally, then I had learned all day. I am not exaggerating. She made time to explain the laws and my options. With her help I was able to identify a plan B. She emailed paperwork that day. She explained all the directions for that paperwork. She offered to be there if I had any questions. From start to finish, she was thorough. Luckily, my tenants came through and plan B was not necessary. Nonetheless, what Debbie did to help me gave me some peace of mind in what could have been a no win situation. Mostly, in hindsight this was an impromptu job interview so I could see how The Eviction Center would add incredible value. They could take a very time-consuming and worrisome part of my job and make it perfect, easy and affordable. So why would I want to do it any more? I will just call The Eviction Center. read more
