The gentlemen up front were busy with other clients but acknowledge me. Once one was free answered some questions about my plan and guided me to receptionist to schedule my appointment. The receptionist got us in within a week. Dr. Yu and his staff were amazing! No one treated us like a number or rushed us. All our questions/concerns were addressed without complaint. It wasn't a this is how is situation like I have experienced at other locations. Dr. Yu staff assisted in getting ordering my contacts with ease. There we 3 so I'm so sorry I don't remember y'all's names, all of you were helpful and professional, especially with how busy it was that morning. Cameron ( I hope so spelled his name right) helped us with our fame and lens selection. Granted we looked around and asked a lot of questions. Even though he was helping others in the store he still checked on us. Granted this location can get busy, but I think some people's expectations are a little over kill. This is a solid location. Great Dr! Great staff! Willing to work with you if they can. Price wise it is LensCrafters lol it's not Walmart or Sam's Club locations. I found they have options for most budgets but tailor to the mid- to higher up brands. The location is small but they have a good selection in store. Worst case if they don't have anything in store check the website.

The Luxottica website says to "simply" return the glasses to LC. I returned to the shop and I was told that I couldn't drop the glasses for the return because the manager was there. The manager is there only 1 or 2 time a week and I was supposed to call and check if the manager was there. I asked to be called back by the manager, Keyla, but no calls after 2 weeks. LensCrafters became a joke. Go to smaller shops where they really care about your business.

Booking an appointment is quick and easy - they never seem too busy to accommodate their existing clients. The staff has always been welcoming and friendly to me. No problems with my insurance - ever. The eye professionals seem to be top notch. They run through the regimen of tests efficiently. The doctor listens carefully to any concerns I have and explains everything quite thoroughly. Contacts are ordered promptly if not in stock and usually arrive within a few days. They are either delivered to my home or the clinic for easy pick-up. Here is my favorite part - I can get in and out in no time. Seriously. It is SO EFFICIENT. And I value that incredibly in any medical service provider. I feel like they value my time. In my experience, when I arrive early, they see me early. It is fantastic. During my follow-up, she asked me to describe all 4 contacts (how they felt, did my eyes dry out during the day, which was least comfortable, etc.) and took notes on them. The offices are nice…read more However, if you are trying to make glasses or sunglasses that are perhaps not the most straightforward - like aviators with a high base curve, their lab seems to struggle with craftsmanship in making them. I have use these same frames (I have a couple) to make lenses with almost the same prescription with other offices and the results have been great. The sunglasses I received from this office had a noticeable "fishbowl" effect. My other pair with the same exact frames and almost the same prescription were cut and produced very nicely with no problems. What actually bothered me was the response when I raised this concern. They repeatedly said this is due to my prescription and the curve of my frames even as I showed them the much better crafted lenses in my other identical frame - demonstrating it was possible to produce lenses for this frame without the problems that it had. When I asked if they could ask the lab to produce quality similar to the pair I had they basically said no. In other offices, without my even having to make that request, the staff told me they noticed the curve of the lenses and that they would personally call the lab and direct them to ensure the lenses were produced without the fishbowl effect and fitting the curvature of the frames well. Briggs needs to hold its lab to higher standards and to offer that level of advocacy for its customers - it's pretty basic for opticians to do that as they work with their eyeglass labs. Unfortunately that type of response means I will have to switch back to the office I used to go to even though it is in Roswell, 30 minutes away. At least I will get better crafted eyeglasses.

Made an appointment online & got a call back saying they didn't take my insurance. So I used my husband's & the Rep was very helpful & called me back to confirm that PVI took it based on the info I provided. The exam was extremely thorough. I answered all questions they had & was presently surprised that Dr.Nim pointed out a few things she could tell I was dealing with. She noticed I had dry eye & allergies. She recommended some over-the-counter drops & so far so good. Mind you I went to another Optometrist less than 6 months ago & none of this was pointed out. I can tell she cares about what she does & is very knowledgeable. I even found out about something that could help my child with their eyesight & he wasn't there at the time. I didn't feel rushed & everyone who works there is pleasant & attentive. When looking at glasses I was advised of the amount my insurance covered & given prices for add-ons & recommendations. So no surprises at all. The only thing that may turn people off is they do not have a large selection of glasses but I found some that work for me! One of the best exams I've ever had & I've been wearing glasses since I was 12 y/o.

The staff is really great and always makes me feel welcomed.
