I visited another goodwill store back in April down the street & was very disappointing as their prices were very expensive & they hardly had anything in their store. This is the store to go to!!! I went in hoping that they may have had some Pyrex for sale but didn't find any but walked out with a cat litter box, dish drying pad, old fashion travel iron and a plastic dog food container. The pet stuff I actually got for my Mom's dog & cat. I went in with my friend who was looking for some sheets for his camper bed & he walked out with this super cute small desk & chair for his daughter & a dresser for himself. Those were also reasonably priced. There was a little line that moved kinda slow. There were only 2 cashiers working. I believe they have to manually punch in the prices (I can't remember...lol) so that can make things a little slow.....so don't be in a hurry when stopping in here. In the past I've actually dropped off some donations which was very easy. They had bins on the side of the building that you drop your stuff off in or you could walk it inside next to the bins & drop it off in there. Real quick process.

I had my baby with me in a carrier, and from the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being closely watched. While I was in the dressing room trying on clothes, I was talking softly to my baby to comfort her. The employee stood right outside the dressing room and was giggling at what I was saying, which made it very clear she was listening and hovering nearby. Instead of feeling like a customer, I felt like I was being monitored, as if there was concern I might steal something. And then as I came out of the fitting room and let her know I didn't find anything and thanked her, she went straight into the room, I have no doubt to make sure I didn't steal anything. As a mom just trying to shop with her baby, this felt really discouraging and unwelcoming. I left feeling uncomfortable and out of place. I hope the boutique can work on creating a more inclusive and respectful environment for all customers.

When trying things on she urged us to be careful with the dresses as if saying they wouldn't fit and then allowed absolutely no kind customer service to shine through in our interaction. While we could hear her interactions with other customers as sub par customer service, we were disappointed by how she acted towards us considering we are frequent customers. This was a very unfriendly experience and environment and I hope nobody else has an interaction like that!

Not as many smaller furniture pieces and very limited selection of homewares/decor compared to some of the other locations that I have been to. Staff were all very friendly. Shop was fairly well organized and easy enough to navigate. I have been shopping at Habitat ReStore (other locations) for many years now and I must say I was quite surprised by how expensive things were at this location. Prices are of course less than if you were to buy brand new but they were much more expensive than what I've seen at other locations. That said, it can't hurt to stop in and take a look for yourself (especially if you have a flexible budget to work with!).
