    Hampton Bay dining set.

    This review is related to a purchase at Homedepot. My rating is based on a product purchased there. Hampton Bay Riverbrook outdoor dining set by Coronado Casuals. Coronado Casuals refused to honor 3 year warranty. The set is rusting and I was told warranty doesn't cover natural disasters. Their definition of natural disaster, is outdoor patio set rusting due to moisture in the air. This company does not stand behind their products. Make sure when purchasing it is not backed by Coronado Casuals. I have no issue with Homedepot. Homedepot business Mgr. Replied on Yelp, requesting I fill out WEBFORM in hopes of finding a resolution. I was unable to open link, so I sent information through email to HDCARES@homedepot com. Once again my concern was denied, stating Homedepot could not override manufacturers decision. No resolution.

    I placed an order online for pickup. It was simply for 2 8 packs of HDX totes. The online description clearly said the package size was 8. I then drove 15 miles to Home Depot to pick up my totes. 2 totes were brought out. I spoke with the manager Matt and he told me the quantity selected was 2. I pulled up the website and showed Matt that it clearly said 8 to which he acknowledged but refused to fulfill. I then left and drove another 15 miles back to my house. I called the Home Depot customer service line and spoke to Cassia. She acknowledged that it was a mistake online but that it was the stores discission to honor. I explained that Matt refused and she offered to move the order to another store.... I'm so disappointed in Home Depot. I spent well over $50k at HD over the past 5 years. I will ONLY shop at Lowe's going forward unless this is made right. These were HDX products. The margin is likely very high and would have been little to no loss to HONOR there own website. As a consumer I feel cheated and will be sure to let all know in my social circle about my experience. AVOID SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT, AT VERY LEAST THIS HOME DEPOT. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR OWN WEBSITE EVEN AFTER THEIR CORPORATE HOTLINE SAID IT WAS THEIR OPTION!

    I would like someone from corporate to contact me. I would like to file a formal complaint about a refrigerator I purchased 5 weeks ago and still have not received. My original delivery date was September 9th. I'm still waiting. They rescheduled my appointment 4 times! I was told my refrigerator would be here on the 9th and I still don't have it. Everything in my refrigerator went bad... and now I'm eating out because of a delivery issue! I purchased the extended warranty and everything available on it (STEEL LINES AND ALL). I will be making my first payment on my home depot card before I even get the product! This is utterly ridiculous. My home depot in lake worth Florida on jog Road keeps giving me the run around. HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!! I purchased my product from Home Depot, so the fault lies on this company. I've spent an hour on the phone every time I contact whirlpool about my refrigerator. I've had to contact them a total of 6 times in the past 2 weeks just to try to figure out where and when my refrigerator will be delivered. How would you feel if you didn't have a refrigerator that worked properly, purchased a new one that was supposed to be delivered within a week and it's now been 5 weeks without a refrigerator. Home Depot needs to make this right otherwise I plan on telling all my friends and Co workers to endorse Lowes and Brandsmart. I will also be contacting local broadcasting stations and better business bureau about the lack of professionalism and customer service. I've attempted to get the local store that I purchased it at (listed above) and they just blow me off. I'm a customer and I deserve respect and consideration since HOME DEPOT LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT MY DELIVERY. I'M A HIGHLY UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER. PLEASE CONTACT ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
