I understand balayage is meant to grow out naturally, but this looked like it had been done months ago when it had only been a week. Even my family commented that it looked grown out. I called the salon to see if they could fix the top portion, and I was told my stylist, Angel, would call me back--but I never heard from her. Overall, I'm really disappointed. I Love this hair Salon. Nice people, gray atmosphere, great service. What more can a girl ask for. I get my hair don't by Ani at least once a month. I go in for the usual trim and Color just to keep me looking nice and fresh. Prices are perfect, hair products are the best and Ani just gives you this nice smile and warm welcome that makes you feel like your at a brunch with your best friend. She never fails to keep me satisfied as does Alba the other nice woman that works there. I love seeing different types of people coming in also different ages. I have been coming to this location for almost 2 years now and I can gladly say I have no complaints. I've been getting my hair cut by Arman, and the way he cuts and styles my hair is second to none! He's been cutting my hair both very swiftly and efficiently, even offering to wash my hair after.
