From the very beginning, the process was a mess -- multiple cancelations, last-minute substitutions, and poor communication. This forced us to spend extra time and money traveling, scrambling, and stressing over what was otherwise one of the happiest days of our lives. My wife's wedding day was marred by the lack of reliability and professionalism from Morgan and her team. When my wife raised these concerns directly, Morgan actually acknowledged the countless mistakes and admitted the process had been mishandled. But instead of taking accountability in any meaningful way, she flat-out refused to offer any monetary compensation. The only "solution" she proposed was store credit or a complimentary service -- which is insulting. After going through all of this, why on earth would we ever go back? I think the worst part was her attitude when we called to complain, she admitted fault, she knew we would expect compensation (but didn't offer it), but she didn't seem to be sorry...just upset and defensive and what's not what you want when dealing with your wedding. This experience caused us unnecessary stress and financial loss. A+ craftsmanship, service, and pricing…read more My dear friend got me a gemstone pendant that ended up in the washer and dryer. The setting unfortunately did not survive! My husband FOUND the gemstone in the dryer (bless his heart!). I was in the Florin area one day and inquired about getting the setting done redone. I was given a vague quote, a price that was well below any big box jeweler stores that I had asked for quotes at. I found a picture online of the setting that I wanted, told them which quality of gold that I wanted, and placed a down payment. It took about 3 weeks to get done and I am SO happy. The setting is much more sturdy, and the pendant came to me well polished and just perfect. This is a family run business, I recommend anybody wanting to have personalized jewelry made to come here!
