Best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Great burgers and fabulous sides too. These folks know what they are doing.

Sometimes I feel if I want to search Yelp, the more effective strategy is to search the Yelp listing on Google! Good thing I found the listing before creating a duplicate! But I digress: I was at Mighty Squirrel Brewery to celebrate a birthday, and this was the truck parked outside. My indecisive, variety-loving self to go for the Chicken Tikka Masala Combo. The dish came with rice, a little veggies, a few pieces of chicken, and some naan. On its own, the dish was A-OK. While not the greatest Indian food I've had, food trucks get a bit of a pass. The chicken and veggie had lovely spice (not heat) and good, distinctive flavors. The rice was cooked perfectly, and went great with any leftover sauce. The naan was nothing to write home about... but like the chicken not being at peak tenderness, I don't expect it fresh out of the tandoor. While in and of itself the food and very friendly service would put them close to a four. However, the value and price lands them squarely in three territory. With tax, the whole plate was $20 - this being for three small-ish pieces of chicken, and some rice, veg, and bread. While I can't say next time this truck and I are at Mighty Squirrel I'll go for a pretzel, I can say I would not seek this truck out at a Food Truck Festival.

Our go-to is the Chicken Tikka Masala - it's our favorite version of this dish that we've ever tried from any restaurant. The naan is good, but the *garlic* naan is GREAT. We often ration the leftovers over the next few days so we can keep enjoying it! The reason we finally stopped being lazy and wrote this is because this past weekend they went out of their way (literally!!!) to make sure we got our dinner after poor timing on our part. I cannot emphasize enough how they went above and beyond. While I do feel sorry to have inconvenienced them, the food tasted as amazing as ever and I'm so grateful for the dedication and the fun story. We'll be sure to tip extra next time! We love receiving the e-mail newsletter (and coupon codes haha) and they even occasionally throw in festive bonus treats. They are always friendly and thoughtful. You can tell they care deeply about their business and for their customers. Overall - unreal levels of customer service, consistently delicious, and we love supporting a local, family-owned business. HIGHLY recommend!

I'm going to be controversial and say this is better than Terry Blacks! The Texas brisket was beautifully smoked with a little bit of char on the outside and incredibly moist inside and so tender. This is simply world class barbecue. Hubba's is consistent. I've been there several times and I've enjoyed the ribs, the chicken and the very well crafted pulled pork. The sides are wonderful. The baked beans are some of the best I've had anywhere. The coleslaw is authentic and fresh. The team at Hubba's is awesome. Friendly and helpful. Sometimes it gets a little busy, but sit back listen to the blues that are playing. Find a seat at a picnic table nearby and enjoy the experience. If I could eat there every day, I would. Simply amazing food.

Cousins Maine Lobster is a chain of food trucks with multiple sit down restaurants across the US,…read moreand this particular truck travels around East and Central Massachusetts. We spotted it at a local stop and decided to grab a quick seafood meal without committing to a full sit down restaurant. The menu is centered around lobster in just about every form imaginable, from rolls and bisque to tacos and grilled cheese, making it a convenient option when the truck happens to be nearby. We ordered the lobster roll and clam chowder. The lobster roll was good overall, though it came out a little smaller than expected given the price. The lobster itself leaned more toward claw meat rather than the larger tail pieces some people associate with a traditional New England lobster roll. The flavor was still solid, with fresh tasting lobster throughout, but the roll came with less butter than we anticipated, resulting in a lighter and less rich presentation than we were hoping for. The clam chowder ended up being the stronger of the two items. It was creamy without being overly heavy, with a good balance of clams and potatoes, and worked especially well alongside the lobster roll. Together they made for a satisfying meal that delivered the classic seafood combination most people are looking for from a lobster focused stop. The experience here is ultimately about convenience and consistency. When the truck is nearby, it offers an easy way to grab a lobster roll and chowder without making a trip to the coast. The prices reflect the reality of lobster, but for a quick seafood fix on the go, it gets the job done.

Properly selected cheese complimented the flavor of the lobster. 2/10 Shrimp tacos were a joke, the shrimp was minuscule and tasted like they had been fried then sitting for days. I thought I was being pranked. I couldn't believe it. I wanted my money back for them. But didn't even bother. If they fix the shrimp the potential is there, not sure it's shrimp? Never seen or had shrimp like this before.
