When the technicians were taking apart the bathroom, they accidentally dropped the toilet, which cracked badly. They acknowledged the accident. When the job was complete, Zion took money off the bill to cover the cost. All in all, I thought they did a great job, acted ethically, and were available for my concerns.

Started work in Jan 2024 and finished in June 2023. Need I say anymore? Workers show up unannounced and at very embarrassing times. The Project Manager says work is complete when it's not. They wouldn't show up for weeks at a time. The cuts to install the flooring are SO bad. They installed the flooring starting from the center out with rough cuts around all edges. Some of those cuts weren't straight. They put on quarter rounds (without asking) around the trim that don't match the floor and left rough edges. The painters painted the windows shut. Took 3+ weeks to come back and correct. At one point they said it took so long to get a truck. Little do they know I live around the corner from where they store their trucks and I counted at least six trucks sitting there for months. Asked them to work with me to make this right and their comment was that they "comped" a portion of the work (3500). I've asked for paperwork documenting this and I have not received it. This was Safeco/Liberty's recommended service provider which is why I used them. Liberty and Safeco are trying to say "no we only recommend them for a portion of the work." now." Takeaway is that I wouldn't use this company to install a toilet.
