In contrast I had to make another call about completely different company about malfunctioning equipment and got clear answers, a kind tone of voice, and helpful suggestions and options. Both are excellent with high quality materials and beautiful workmanship. They provide seam sealing service at a price. Website is easy to use and has great videos of the products. I've never had to contact them for help, but a friend had a pole snap the first time he used it and they were less than helpful when he contacted them. Granted, you never know when a user damages a tent if it was negligence or not, but that shouldn't be your default position when it comes to customer service.
