The best sushi IMO in Cabo. The service is excellent. They have great cocktails, premium mezcals and sake. It's tucked away in a quiet part of downtown and it's my go-to place for sushi. The toro and Wagyu is always a favorite. I also love the salmon nigiri with truffle paste!

Wonderful gem Of a place... We had the mango tuna roll, the rainbow roll, the spicy tuna roll and the cherry roll...also tried the tuna tartar and the sashimi salad and everything was delicious. Also, for dessert...the coconut ginger ice cream was delicate and the perfect finish to a great dinner! Will return!

If you are looking for a great omakase experience, look no further. While visiting Cabo, we found ourselves craving for some fresh and delicious sushi. During our timeshare presentation, JJ gave us his recommendation to come here and made a reservation for us. We took a taxi here and were not disappointed. The place is not clearly marked, so it was difficult to find. It was diagonally located from an Oxxo convenience store. Back home in the Bay Area, we have a certain restaurant that we love to visit for omakase. I went in with no expectations and was blown away by taste, presentation, and quality. This had to be the best omakase experience I've ever had. If you are expecting to have just fish/sushi for your omakase, be sure to tell the chef that you only want fish/sushi, otherwise you may get some unexpected dishes like pho soup, gyoza, and fried oysters. While those were not really sushi dishes, we did enjoy them. Every dish was curated with such detail and care. The fish was so fresh and delicious that I'm not sure we could ever have fresher sushi unless we are eating freshly caught fish. I'm pretty convinced that this will be our best omakase experience ever until we visit Japan. Our omakase meal even came with dessert. They served us taro ice cream with some fresh strawberry slices, lychee, and green grapes. This was a sweet delicious treat to end our meal. I definitely look forward to visiting here again on our next trip.

Best sushi I've had in Cabo!! Very cool hidden spot. We had trouble finding it but I guess that's the fun in getting to eat here. Staff was friendly and helpful. Ambiance was calm, soothing and relaxing. We will definitely be back when we are in Cabo again.

Talk about a secret sushi place!!! No name on building, no name on door. Walk in glass doors to immediately see wooden door with sliding slot. They ask you want you want and you let them know you have reservations. They confirm and let you in... Speakeasy Sushi Restaurant

Highly recommended to us by two different resorts. Really yummy, but don't blink you'll miss it! They do not have a sign out front LOL! Memo the owner was awesome along with his staff.... Especially Antonio! We will be back!

Love this place...authentic sushi with the freshest fish and coldest saporas. Very happy that they have managed to stay open during Covid and provide their delicious menu via take out. Their tonkatsu ramen is delicious and very flavor able, def would recommend!

It's called the Fish Sushi on the map so it took a day for us to realized. We ordered Uni, Ramen, and the Lunch Box Roll( Philadelphia roll, Cali Roll, Avocado Roll) Tried to order Salmon Sashimi and they said they were out...but guess what? Philadelphia roll comes with salmon. Ramen came out and broth was watered down with sesame oil. It was a disappointment. Uni came out looking really old and orangey. Took a small a small bite and it's not fresh. It looked like it sat there for days. It was room temperature. By now, I was pretty annoyed and hated all the food. Got the 3 small rolls and it tasted average. Sorry Cabo we will not come back.

Sushi was good. Tempura was awful. Drinks took mid-meal to come. Ramen was acceptable.

The spicy tuna rolls and other sushi we ordered were very good. The edamame appetizer and the Tonkatsu ramen were also very good.

I thought it offered such great views of the beach, it was quite disappointing to learn that they're only open for dinner...when it's now too dark to enjoy the views. Anyway, we arrived via the tour bus and the golf cart (Sunset Beach is HUGE...and you basically cart around to all of its restaurants) for dinner. Again, can't recall the exact names of the foods we ordered (and too damn tired!), but we shared most of the items. Edamame was quite plain, but the Miso Soup was stellar (had a ton of Tofu and even noodles in them!). We really loved the main dishes...the Tazuna Roll and the Katsu Chicken w/ Rice and Avocado. The big disappointment was their desserts. Not sure what my husband had, but he was just OK with it...and my Tapioca dessert was just gross! It had this nasty, slimy texture (NOT the texture the Tapioca should have...should be much bouncier!). Plus, it was so plain...all same muddy green colored. Same with their Pina Colada...so plain, not even with a pineapple embellishment. As stylish as the restaurant was, the presentation of some of their foods and drinks were very basic and boring. I guess I liked the Tazuna Roll the best...the Tapiocca the least. Overall, I'd rate their foods as 3 stars, but ambiance would bring them up to at least 4 stars.

It's right outside by the main pool, built like a "nest," which gives it such a unique and memorable vibe, especially at night. Definitely one of the coolest dining setups I've experienced. Service was great the entire time. Attentive, friendly, and made the experience feel smooth and relaxed. As for the food, everything we ordered was amazing. We went with the gyoza, oysters, jumbo shrimp, prime NY, jumbo blue shrimp, toro and salmon nigiri, and a maguro roll. Honestly, not a single miss. Fresh, flavorful, and really well executed across the board. If you're staying at Viceroy, this is a must. Even if you're not, it's worth making the trip over just for dinner here.

The beef skewers would have been good if not slathered in a sickly sweet sauce. Now the part that pissed me off: we had the all inclusive meal plan. Over all this resort was mid let alone the mediocre restaurants. Will never be back. For an elevated luxury experience I much rather Garza Blanca resort and any of their restaurants.
