My friend said it was the best smoked old fashioned he's ever had. Started with Flatbread, which was great. 10/10 It was the flatbread of the day, mozzarella, pesto and prosciutto. My friend and I had the Salmon. 9/10 It was perfectly cooked over sautéed spinach. I personally think a little something else with it would be nice. If you're really hungry, it wouldn't be enough food, but it was a perfect healthy option I was looking for. My friend got the butter chicken 100/10. Absolutely fantastic. Just spicy enough but not too much. I am a wimp and I loved it. Two others got the Katsu Chicken 100/10. This was the standout!! Perfectly crisp chicken breast cutlets, mashed potatoes, fresh perfectly cooked green beans, and a mushroom gravy. I wished I got this and will next time! Dessert: Key lime pie 5/10, just ok. Honestly, The Cheerwine Festival can get way too "people-y" and we had wanted some downtime from the long lines and crowds. We found just that oasis in Bottle & Can. We sat down at the bar and were delivered great service and conversation during our visit there. They had a great selection of draft beers/beverages as well as some good selections in the coolers to enjoy also. I found an Untitled Art Chocolate Dark Brew NA beer in the cooler that hit the spot perfectly for me and I had a couple while enjoying the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of this bottle shop. They even had some snacks available for purchase such as popcorn, Lance cracker snacks, etc. Great staff, great atmosphere, and great beverage selection made Bottle & Can Salisbury a great find...very enjoyable visit!
