My purse and drink were still at the bar with my friends, and the bill was ultimately paid by one of my friends. There was never any attempt to avoid payment. Customer service should involve communication, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those qualities. I understand that bars have policies that must be followed, but there is a respectful way to communicate those policies to customers. The behavior displayed by this staff was unprofessional, hostile, and completely unnecessary. The staff in the picture attached needs retraining. Her attitude from the time of my arrival was very negative and appeared as if she did not want to be there and also claimed to be the owner.
