Located at 68th and Glisan, the restaurant has been introduced to the community slowly over the last few months. The owners are currently doing catering and producing prepackaged deli style food for sale elsewhere, but they've also opened their doors to the public on the weekends. Apparently, the intention is to open for extended hours in early November when they'll operate from Wednesday through Sunday. I've only sampled Tusi's Deli Creation dishes sold for prepackaged takeout, but the chicken half moon pie and round pancakes (Panikeke) are so fresh and packed with flavor, I can't wait to visit this weekend to try more!
