The middle aged blondish female bartender stepped in and said "You ordered a non alcoholic mojito, it's basically just lemon juice and seltzer water. You are a fucking child." I understand everyone has bad days but that is unacceptable and you chose to work in customer service so at least try to be decent to your customers instead of being rude with the first words that came out of your mouth. We closed our tab and walked out without even finishing our drinks. We will definitely not be going back there ever again. The young man was a very nice guy but the customer service we received from the middle aged lady was enough to leave and never come back.

Apparently, their policy is that you must physically return food that is unsafe to eat, which is absurd. Once you discover hair/trash in your seafood, your first thought is to throw it out, not to get back in your car and drive 15+ minutes for a refund. The complete lack of accountability was about as gross as the food itself. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a flat refusal and dismissal of a legitimate health concern. If you care even a little about cleanliness, food safety, or customer service, stay far away from Yummy Crab. There are plenty of better restaurants in coeur d'alene that won't serve you contamination, and then blame you for it.
