It started with a quick inspection which we got scheduled immediately. From there, Jim walked through exactly what the action plan was, and the crew was out within the next few days to formally start work. Customer service really went above and beyond, and they made sure that all the problems with the water damage was addressed. Do yourself a favor and contact World Restoration for your remediation needs! I definitely will be next time as well.

For almost 6 months of going back-and-forth with another company, We just couldn't get anything done. I needed a mold remediation company to help out our situation. I came across World Restoration and read so many wonderful reviews that I gave them a shot. It was by far the best experience. Keith was the main person I spoke with to set up a day for Jim to get out here and take a look at our situation. Keith also helped with giving us references for lead and Aspesos testing companies. He checked in on us so kindly to see if we had further questions. He was So friendly and helpful. Jim came out to our home and checked out the area that needed to get treated. He was also very friendly and explained everything they would need to do to get things done and completed. He was patient with me about all my questions. They were so patient with us as we needed to wait on some testing that we had to complete due to the year our home was built. Thankfully everything came out negative and the crew was scheduled to come out to our home. The crew that came with Jim were prompt, efficient and friendly. They really did a great job at taking care of the area to ensure the there were no leaks or mold growth behind our walls. Once the project was complete, I needed help finding a drywall company and Kieth referred me to a few. This company is so friendly and helpful and will explain to you what needs to be done, and will answer all your questions. They also have a great price! I strongly recommend World Restoration.

They understood the urgency of the situation and had a team out to assess the damage right away. David and his crew were professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what needed to be done, kept us informed every step of the way, and completed the repairs efficiently and with high-quality workmanship. You can truly tell they take pride in what they do. What really stood out was how much they helped us navigate the insurance process. Dealing with insurance can be overwhelming, but Natalie worked directly with our adjuster, provided all the necessary documentation, and made sure everything moved along smoothly. It took so much stress off our shoulders during an already stressful time. We are beyond grateful for their quick response, expertise, and support. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of restoration services!

We recently hired 911 for the 3rd time onto a project at our home. It saddens me to feel it…read morenecessary rating them lower than usual based on my current experience. I truly believed I had found my go to company for emergency as well non-emergency needs.   Though the work itself was alright, the way the lackluster communication we experienced was disappointing to say the least. This was a surprising new experience through the company as the first couple emergency repair projects went smoothly. This time, for a construction job, many things went poorly. After lot of charged back and forth the issues were addressed and rectified but not in a professional manner. Pros : quality work for the most part, timely completion of the project, competitive rates.   Cons : Communication, professionalism, ambiguity. Anthony Michal spent very little time to come by and gather the scope of work. Every interaction with the company felt rushed. We did not think of it much at the time as we trusted them already through their previous work. 911 hired an independent contractor, Victor, to do the work requested. Upon initiation of the work, we realized there is a significant communication gap between what was agreed on v/s what was communicated. Anything we found missing from the quote was preliminarily assured to be included through text. However, Victor came and began his work with some scope missing. We had to rehash the scope over again and again, which should not be happening. There was never a 3-way discussion between Anthony, Victor, and us, preventing us all from being on the same page. Anthony did promptly reply to texts, however there was minimal presence past the estimating stage which left the project's streamlining sorely lacking.   The thing which bothered us the most was hounding us for payment from Day 1. Per California Law, we are expected to pay 10% deposit and settle the invoice upon completion. Them being a small company, we mutually agreed to make payments in phases. However despite this good faith showing, the way payment was demanded, we were treated as though we were in default for months and have been missing out on payments. There were miscommunications regarding the amount to send day over day on our end, but we did not appreciate the tone. We were told that the big boss is angry with us which is hilariously unprofessional. Nevertheless, the whole invoice was cleared at the end of the project.   I hope they take the communication part seriously as the work performed was good at the end of the day!

Been meaning to write this review for a long time, but you know, forgot. Luckily Yelp has a whole…read morelist of reviews I started but didn't finish! I typically do wait a little bit after service to write reviews, just in case something happens. And something that leads to me clicking extra hard on that 5th star... well, the owner reached out for a review, and reminded me once after and said he wouldn't pester me with it again. And sure enough he didn't. So that was cool. But to the real review.... my rental had some tenants who didn't report a leak for months apparently, since they were hiding a cat and didn't want me to come and fix things and see the cat. Long story short, I had to tear down 2 of the 4 walls of a bathroom and an entire wall of pantry cabinets in the kitchen on the other side of the bathroom. Mold was completely black! Needless to say, I really wanted to have this fixed ASAP! And of all the "911" or "emergency" or "fix it right away" type of remediation companies... they all did something similar except 911 Restoration. They all urgently booked a "free estimate", then take a day to send a quote. Then almost all were weeks out to schedule it except for two who can start "immediately". However, they would have to do all these "tests" to get started. 911 wasn't the cheapest, but their quoting agent was very nice, thorough, and most professional sounding. Like, he could've been a sales guy for jet engines not just another contractor. Felt very formal and courteous. In any case, when they say they can start right away, they did. Came out and started demoing the next day after I decided to go with them and sent them a deposit. And while they weren't the cheapest, they did do a bit more than the other guys (had them all itemize what they'd do) and for the common work, they were willing to price match it and did a discount on other areas where they could. They weren't too far off to begin with. Some folks tacked on contingency charges and it felt like hidden fees. 911's quote was straight forward. In the end, when you want something like this addressed, you want it done right. They not only did it right, but felt confident of their work and both the project manager and the workers were all courteous and professional. If there's a lesson to be learned....better declare that friggin cat. Kiss that deposit good bye! *sigh*

But, the guys did a great job isolating and containing the areas they were working on to avoid any dust and debris. They were all friendly, efficient, and very considerate to our needs. We really appreciate their professionalism. A few days later they did a final inspection to ensure there was no more moisture and by the end of the weekend everything was repaired as if nothing happened. The Restoration 1 team did an amazing job and so thankful for their quick and immediate response. They are truly the team to call when in need and highly recommend them Thank you so much to Janny and the Restoration 1 family!

JUNE 4TH, 2026 NOTE: Detailed update about Restoration1's untrustworthy communication…read more Their public response below just proves my point. So, this is what to look out for, and the receipts to prove it: 1. TWIST FACTS/CHANGE NARRATIVE: - 6/1 "At no point did our team request that you provide materials..." - 5/21 "Please feel free to forward over the hygienist report and any other information necessary to help generate the remediation estimate." (They did indeed ask for materials but are now saying they didn't.) ___ 2. DEFLECT/IGNORE THE ISSUE RAISED -Dana "I've sent 3 emails to your 1 email..." -Janny "...if you are unwilling to provide results..." -Dana "I'm not unwilling. You just never asked. Why did it take this long to tell me that?" (My issue is their lack of communication, but she deflects to a story about me refusing asbestos testing, when in fact that conversation never happened.) ___ 3. DELAYED COMMUNICATION/NON-RESPONSIVE -- 5/21 Janny: "Please feel free to forward over the hygienist report...". --5/21 Dana:" They're attached, along with link to a few pics." (NO response) --5/27 Dana: "Please get it back to me...at your earliest opportunity." (NO response) --6/1 Dana: "Janny, are you getting my messages?" (NO response) --6/1 Dana (via Yelp): "...the lack of communication is very frustrating. It worries me that this is an indicator to what it's likely working with Restoration1." --6/4 Janny Yelp response "When you contacted our office approximately 1 week later" (2 weeks--not 1--and 5 emails/messages later, I finally get a response) ___ 4. CONTRADICT THEMSELVES --Janny: "You expressed to us on May 22nd that you did not want to proceed with testing" --Then her review says "Following the intial appointment [May 22nd] our office...left you a VM. Unfortunately we were unable to connect" (Here she says we talked, but her review contradicts her own statement) ___ 5. MISINFORMED, ARGUMENTATIVE, AND ACCUSATORY LANGUAGE --Misinformed/Accusatory: "You expressed to us that you didn't want to proceed with testing your property" --Accusatory/Argumentative: "If you are unwilling to provide results...we cannot proceed to assist any further" (Janny's tone is starkly different from most vendors'. They'd likely pose as a question--"Are you willing to" "I believe you expressed", --not an accusation.) Because of this, I'm changing my 2-star review to 1 star. But to be fair, this is just my experience. They do have great reviews, so you may have a better experience (if you decide to use them). Below is the original rating before this update: ____________________________________________________________ 6/3/2026 This is the email that I sent to Restoration1: "Hi Janny, I've sent 3 emails to your 1 email. And your 1 email was asking for materials I already provided. I was so impressed with your estimator's expertise and willingness to answer all of my questions that I likely wanted to use Restoration1, but the lack of communication is very frustrating. It worries me that this is an indicator to what it's likely working with Restoration1. The estimator came out May 21st. It's June 1st. Can you tell me what's going on with my estimate?" Their utter lack of follow-through was incredibly frustrating because I was super impressed with the estimator's professionalism, friendliness, and expertise. 1. The estimator came out May 27. 2. After a week I reached out. 2. Janny responded by asking for docs I already sent 3. I gave it to her again. 4. Then crickets... 6. I emailed a 3rd time for updates. No response. 7. I emailed again + messaged on Yelp 8. They finally responded saying I had refused asbestos testing, which they require. 9. I said I never refused because nobody informed me until 3 weeks in. So they asked for docs already provided (why ask for docs if asbestos was an issue?), did nothing for 3 weeks, said I refused asbestos testing, which wasn't true, and that I would've agreed to do the testing had I been informed, Janny's response was judgmental and rude. And the overall communication--or lack thereof--I received from Janny was misinformed, argumentative, accusatory, and rude. Had they told me about the asbestos testing requirement I would have complied. But, if my experience thus far was any indication of how it would be working with them, I decided to pass. I think I saved myself a lot of headache. Buyer beware.

I chose Ready Restore based on their great reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Not only were they incredibly fast, neat, and clean, but they were outstanding at communicating with my parents about what needed to be done every step of the way. That's honestly the main reason I wanted to leave this review. Daniel or Larry kept me updated throughout the entire process with detailed explanations, progress updates, and photos of the work being done. Even though they had already explained everything to my parents, they still took the time to make sure I fully understood everything as well. They were patient, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful situation. Because I couldn't be there in person, that level of communication meant everything to both me and my parents. The final result turned out great, and we couldn't be happier. We will never call anyone else from here on out. Highly recommend Ready Restore.
