Conclusion: Either the work featured in your photo album isn't yours, or, what's more likely, you're lying to me about the availability of the flower, I would presume because you're not interested in taking-on a small, simple job with a slim profit margin. read more

I was incredibly dissappointed with The Flower Bucket. I went in to the store a week or so before Valentine's Day this year to order bouquets for my boss' wife and daughters. The staff could not have been less interested in helping me. My employer had very specific ideas for the type of arrangement he wanted and my attempts to communicate his requests were met with what appeared to be irritation and quite frankly, rudeness. i received a beautiful arrangement the afternoon of october 9th. i did notice that a couple of stargazer lilies were bloomed out but everything else was lovely. i changed/added water as instructed. by saturday the 12th they were pretty droopy and sunday they went in the trash. i called first thing monday and was told that flowers were only supposed to last for 5 days and i was over the time limit. i said that even mail order flowers were guaranteed for 7 days, a bouquet from sam's or costco would most certainly last a week. the response was "sorry". i was very disappointed and would NEVER order from them. i feel sorry for my gift givers, it was a total waste of their money. read more

I have always been happy with the arrangements I've gotten from The Flower Bucket, but they reached a whole new level with the door wreath they created for a friend's baby shower. They found a heart-shaped frame and filled it with gerber daisies, hydrangeas, and more to create a lush, cheerful welcome for our shower guests on what turned out to be a cold, rainy day. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine's Day. When he went to pick them up, he was really disappointed in the arrangement for the price he paid. The owner fixed the bouquet and made it much more full. When my husband brought me my flowers, I was very pleased and thought they were beautiful, however, the very next day, several of the flowers were dead already, and the vase had been filled to the top with water the previous day, so that was not the issue. I have had tropical flowers from King's Florist, and even from the Flower Bucket before, and this did not happen. The Heliconia, for example, usually lasted me a decent amount of time, and it was shriveled up and dry when I came to work the next morning. My husband called to complain and was told that I would be receiving a new bouquet to replace the first one the following week. I received the bouquet, and although the flowers are definitely fresher than the first bouquet, there are much fewer of them. There are at least three types of flowers missing that were in the first, and there is only one lily stem, when there were at least five in the first bouquet. Also, my husband had specified no roses because I don't like roses, and there are red and yellow roses sprinkled throughout. There's no point in calling back AGAIN to ask them to get the flowers right. Valentine's Day is one of the few holidays my husband "dishes out" for a nice bouquet of flowers, and we both are so disappointed with the product we received from them. I guess we'll have to stick to King's Florist or find another florist that delivers fresh flowers and pays attention to what the customer asks for. As for this year, and to no fault of my husband, Valentine's flowers were a fail :-( read more

I ordered flowers for a birthday, and the Flower Bucket didn't deliver the flowers on the my mother-n-law's birthday as requested. When they were delivered the following day - with no excuse given - the flowers were already dried out and the water in the vase was dirty. I will not use this florist ever again. read more

I called Flower Bucket just 10 days before my wedding for two simple bouquets and cake flowers. I briefly described the look I was going for and Samantha was incredibly helpful. While the flowers were not ready when we went to pick up (probably my fault for ordering so close to our wedding date), they were delivered to us at no cost well before the ceremony...and they were perfect and beautiful-- exactly what I had I mind! I had my wedding last November 2013. The church wedding started at 11am but they just delivered the flowers at 10:30AM! My wedding of the day coordinator still have to call them just to make sure. When I saw my bridal bouquet, I didn't fall in love with it!! :-( It was nothing similar to the picture of the bouquet I saw from a bridal magazine which I sent to them weeks before my wedding. Plus they did increase the price from the original quote of the bouquet based from the picture that I sent to them. I requested a mixture of hot pink, light pink, & white roses. In the wedding pictures, the roses look more like peach or orange color. So the color theme for the silk flowers of my bridesmaids was totally offset!! My bouquet even has leaves at the base that look wilted & one or two roses has petals falling off. My mother-in-law removed those wilted leaves coz they really look so bad. For a price of $185 for the bridal bouquet, it was really not worth it!! For that price, I was expecting my bouquet to be full but it was not! My close friends even told me that my bridesmaids silk bouquets look prettier than mine which was so sad coz I paid dearly for it. Now going to the altar flowers, for a price of $150 each for both sides of the altar, the flower arrangement is nice but doesn't have that wow factor. The same thing goes for flowers to Mama Mary. They were OK but nothing to really admire about. I'm sorry whoever was the designer but that's the plain truth. Among all my wedding vendors, this was the one I was really disappointed about..More about my bridal bouquet than the church flowers which were just donated to the church. I'm so glad that I didn't order my reception flower décor from them. But I'm still thankful that they delivered the flowers before the start of the ceremony or else I wouldn't know what to do.. Going back to wedding planning, Ralph Flower Bucket responded too long with my email inquiry & phone calls. It took me several times to contact them. That would have been the omen already for me & looked for other florist. But I didn't heed the warning. By the way, this florist is not in the preferred wedding vendor list of my coordinator of the day. It is already a bit late to back out coz I already paid the non-refundable deposit. No wonder weeks before the wedding, I kept on having recurring dreams about my flowers looking bad. I'm writing this long & detailed review so the future brides will help them decide. I have nothing against Ralph or this florist company. I don't want the other brides to have the same disappointment that I had. I certainly wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone regardless of the occasion based from my experience. read more

My fiancé and I began looking online for florists for our August, 2010 wedding, but there were so many! Fortunately, a friend recommended The Flower Bucket. I worked with Scott, who carefully listened to what I wanted, matched my bridesmaids colors and made good suggestions. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous and so were the bridesmaids bouquets and the ceremony and reception flowers. I couldn't find the dove cake topper I wanted, so I took a silver and pearl wire cake topper and 2 doves from a craft shop to Scott and had him fill it with flowers and arrange the doves on top. Our needs were simple--centerpieces and a bouquet--but the care and expertise shown by this master of the floral arts blew everyone away. From the first, he was a joy to work with: extremely perceptive and right on our wave length. I had been to several other florists who were happy to offer generic flowers with little consideration for the theme of the wedding. Steve knew exactly what would enhance my unusual Victorian dress and executed the bouquet to perfection. He used a dazzling array of unusual flowers and plant materials including a variety of berries that offset the flowers beautifully. Everything sang of sophistication.
