I never received a reply. I took my business elsewhere. Either their website is misleading (and not in an insignificant way), or they periodically will just cancel orders arbitrarily--for no actual reason. ^ both of these things are red flags when it comes to a business I give my money to. It's also worth pointing out that the new owners took over in 2018... So I wouldn't trust any of the reviews before then.
