I put in a 4/20 order pretty late in the day for pickup order that was insanely large and complicated (sorry guys). They were slammed even 20 minutes from close. I ended up being the last customer there due to my orders specificity. They still made sure I got my order filled and was on my way, even after close. I noticed an error when I got home, and went in the next day- and I cannot say enough good things about the customer service during that experience. They made sure my order was fully corrected, and they did it without making me feel like a bother. The floor manager (he wears a black baseball hat) was an absolute peach while dealing with the difficulties. I have been going to this location for years and have always had a good experience, but MAN did they absolutely nail the handling of the situation. Please update your deals online, my sister and I waited what felt like a whole hour cause they only had two bud tenders. When we went up finally we told the bud tender what deal we wanted and she said she will be right back. Didn't have what we wanted with the first brand and we asked her if you guys have it in the Flower Shop brand and she said yes we have 2 indicas for them. Thinking we were gonna get it but no, she comes back saying they only had 2.5 grams. I worked at a dispensary and it was never this out of order. Very disappointed. Visiting from out of state so it was my first time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The female budtender taking care of me this past Monday was an absolute angel and I wish I got her name for a proper shout out. She helped me get the best bang for my buck with the first time customer discount they have and was even helpful in pointing me in the direction of some local jewelry shops to check out on my visit! The only two downsides I have are 1) it is cash only (they have an atm in the store though) and 2) its not closer to home! Wow. I just walked in to grab a couple prerolls and I ended up walking out with the whole damn store! The deals here are amazing and they have this fun little preroll claw machine. pretty disappointing being told time after time that they would fix my rewards. Dont really understand why they needed fixing to begin with but I was never getting points after asking 4-5 different times over few weeks of going back in to be told the same news that it just needs to be updated. Then I see on the app i have 98 points when I've spent about 400-500$ so far and also seen where just signing up for email and text should be 100 points and after asking n the budtender having to ask another employee they said that its suppose to be 1 points for every 1$ spent. Came in 15 minutes to close- okay experience. The manager kept yelling out "TIME TO CLOSE". I've been to The Flower Shop throughout the Valley and this experience was on was the worst. No one took my number or email- I couldn't use points or even use the 25% off my first 3 transactions- but somehow my information appeared on the screen after I paid cash? Huh. The bud tender told me that I had never had an account and that I was never a member. Huh? Then told me that I had three accounts? Huh (I think it's because I have just moved from Vegas and had a NV license) or probably because he didn't want to be there OR both lol. Went to The Flower Shop for the first time this morning. When I arrived there were state regulations listed on the front door stating my temperature would be taken, I had to wear a mask and that only 3 people were allowed in at a time. I checked in, gave them my MMJ and DL. I was with a friend who lives in the same household. When they called me back a man said we couldn't go back together because of regulations. They didn't check either of our temperatures. The man who said we couldn't go back together had called my friend back and was wearing his mask just covering his mouth. He then proceeded to tell her that it didn't matter because if he had Covid-19 he had it. At that point I asked her if she was ready to leave and on our way out I told the woman who checked us in that he wasn't wearing a mask. This is why weed isn't legal in AZ... they don't follow protocol. They remain open because they are considered a medical office but they act like they're selling weed on the corner... well, that's exactly what they're doing running a business the way they are. Since having my MMJ card, I've only been to 3 dispensaries so far. Sky Dispensary (McDowell) is the closest dispensary to my house, it's not my favorite. Parking sucks, there's no other way to put that. So far I've never pulled up and haven't found a parking spot, but I can tell you that every single time I've been there has only been 1 spot left. For me! The strains are okay. Lots and lots of Hybrids, a few Indicas, sometimes no Stevia at all. Regular "known" edibles. I haven't taken advantage of the bath bombs, tinctures, etc. so I can't speak on those. The budtenders are pleasant and knowledgeable. Overall, a 3.5 star place if I could give such. read more

YIKES! No wonder I've never been here before, it was seriously a waste of time and money. I went in for the first time patient deal and took a chance by buying a 1/2 oz of the TOP SHELF (leaving with one oz after BOGO). I smelled the flower and was unimpressed, but after experiencing the budtenders lack of knowledge and unhelpful demeanor, I assumed the flower hadn't been changed from the smell-jars lately. It looked great, but the smell was distant and nearly non-existent (I should have walked out then and there). Instead, I was greedy and tried to take advantage of the deal. BIG MISTAKE. I got home and opened one of the prepackaged cans from each strain I purchased (Hell's Bells & Purple Punch) and was instantly disappointed by the smell. The smell was stronger, but of a chlorinated pool (hell's bells) and a stale grape white owl (purple punch). I hadn't smoked yet that day so I tried the flower on a clean slate. YIKES. I had an instant headache and I was left with a horrible chemical taste in my mouth and didn't get high in the slightest... I couldn't smoke this flower AT. ALL. I wouldn't even gift this flower to another patient. It is fertilized TRASH. I called the next morning and after 5 days of waiting (and calling multiple times for an update) I was eventually told that there was nothing they could do for me but offer me a discount on my next purchase-- a discount which is already offered as a "second time patient deal". I was insulted, to say the least. They kept telling me "this is medicine, so we can't take it back". I understand that you can't RESELL it, but as someone who used to work in the AZ MMJ industry, you can take it back and reimburse your patient. Loyal customer been coming here several times a week for 6+ months. Not animal friendly and no care for loyalty to customers. Came in tonight with my dog, who I've brought in 30+ times with no issue. She is a support animal. She had been home alone all day and I let her out, she went pee and I rushed over before they closed. For the first time she had an accident and pooped in store. This had never happened before and I quickly cleaned up, even getting wet wipes to wipe the floor down and be sanitary. I had a manager or someone approach me and say this is the second time they've had a complaint on my dog and she can't come in anymore. It's unsanitary and she can't just be urinating on the floor. That's not what happened and she has never urinated on the floor. I cleaned everything up and apologized. Was so humiliating in general and also to be accused of something that wasn't even me? Guess this company no longer wants my business and I will never be back. That was super uncomfortable.
