I used The Flower Studio for my bridal bouquet, my husband's boutonnière, and a special corsage for my mom. They did an absolutely wonderful job. I brought in a few photos of what the rest of our wedding decorations looked like and tried to describe our wedding "theme" (which was literally just purple, forest, wildflowers, ha!) during a consultation, which honestly probably wasn't much to go on my part, but they nailed it. My bouquet was gorgeous, and they made a lovely corsage for my mom that matched my bouquet, and she was really touched by the gesture. The Flower Studio did the flowers for my April wedding, and they were absolutely stunning. Yes, they are expensive. Yes, they are worth it, if your budget can manage it. I saw my venue (Mansion at Judge's Hill) set up for weddings and/or receptions several times before my event, and never did it look as good as it did when Coby & team did my flowers. I know next to nothing about flowers. I went in to meet with Coby, and gave VERY general direction. Something to the effect of: Nothing exotic, spring colors, no "funeral fans", and that I wanted my bouquet to be "flowy," not structured. (There is a word for this, but again, I don't know flowers.) They did everything even better than I could have imagined. They were also easy to work with as we shifted dollars around as our dinner tables went down, we added outside tables, added a grooms cake, etc. We were able to just shift from one piece to another instead of adding an incremental to the budget, which was nice. If you want to let the expert be the expert and trust them to turn out something incredible, The Flower Studio is the place for it. I didn't have a vision, but if I knew enough to form one, this would have blown it out of the water. If I could do a half star, I would give a 4.5 because I was feeling a little stress close to the date when some close-to-the-end changes (3-4 weeks out) had to be communicated more than once. Since I can't, I'm rounding up to the full 5 stars, because we did have multiple people talking to them and were a little confusing. We were able to review the final list before the flower order was placed, and it all worked out perfectly in the end, so they still get 5 stars. I just wish they were able to capture it all without the back and forth and double-checking. If you can afford them, hire them. (And yes, they will work within your budget if you set and communicate it. But if you want them to blow it out to their full capability, it will cost.) read more

Recently chose Flower Studio for flowers for my wedding on July 14th, and let me say I AM SO GLAD I DID!! Co by was amazing! He listened and did a detailed sketch and consultation over what I wanted before taking any of my money or me committing to anything. Which was a change from a lady who wanted $50 for an initial consultation. Coby was very up front about the cost of what I wanted and did what ever he could to advise us on ideas to cut some corners. I am so thankful for his floral arrangements because another company we used for decor did not come through with what we asked and the amazing floral arrangements distracted from the bach decor job. Coby was actually there for the ceremony and start and clean up of the reception to make sure everything looked perfect, which as awesome!! The Flower Studio was chosen to be our florist at my daughter's September wedding at Mercury Hall. We had a phenomenal experience and their creations have well exceeded our expectations. The color scheme was dusty pink with various blue hues and the bridal bouquet was stunningly beautiful with a couple of matching succulents.The flowers chosen were dusty pink roses, peonies, hydrangeas , delphiniums amidst different shades and textures of greenery. We put a wooden/rattan arch for the ceremony with hanging floral lanterns from the oak branches above the arch. The floral arrangement on the arch was breathtakingly beautiful so much so that a few guests went and touch the flowers after the ceremony thinking that they maybe 'fake'! We interacted with Coby and Jake who were both professional and receptive to our requests and desires. They also delivered to my house a couple of unique and tasteful arrangements for a pre wedding gathering which received lots of compliments from our guests. I will not hesitate to order floral arrangements from the Flower Studio for any future occasions as their artistry and passion in what they do will turn any event into something magical! read more

I contracted The Flower Studio for my wedding. I had another florist but was comforted by CJ and happy with the design. They seemed to have listened to exactly what I wanted. They sketched out my bridal bouquet and all the flowers for the tables which were to be in four foot candelabras. Upon the arrival of my flowers on my wedding day I was mortified. My flower bouquet ($175) was not even the colors I had asked for and it was smaller than my bridesmaid's bouquets. I had asked for white and pink and it was while and yellow (not a color in my wedding)! I had asked for a 2ft satin ribbon with a bow and received only a 6 in ribbon. The flowers in the candelabras where supposed to be white hydrangeas but were small pink spray roses with greenery and were described as 'funeral flowers' by the wedding coordinator and others. The wedding coordinator and my mother spoke with the flower deliverer but no changes were made. I wish I would have stayed with my original florist instead of switching to The Floral Studio. Even though they knew we were not satisfied, we never received an apology or explanation. read more

I found the Flower Studio through Google - I didn't know a thing about them - just read a few positive reviews before deciding to use them to send flowers to my G.Friend for her Birthday. The woman there was very helpful and patient. As it turned out there was a bit of a miscommunication and the flowers arrived on the wrong day - it happens- BUT here is where the FLower Studio really came through for me, they didn't ask any questions - they just apologized and agreed to re-deliver the flowers with no extra charge! Great customer service and very friendly folks here - I would certainly recommend them to friends and would not hesitate to use them again! This is my first Yelp review, and after reading the one below from Elisheba, I felt the need to tell about my experience. I am also a bride on a budget, but had a very different experience at my consultation with Coby. He was very up front with me that my original budget simply may not cover all of the things I want to do (I really wanted something different, unique, etc. -- things that cost $$). That could scare and offend some people, but if you just listen to the plans he has for your event, you'll find that any penny above your budget is WORTH IT. I had met with 2 other florists who just listened to what colors I liked and what flowers I wanted and gave me some ideas of what I "might" expect on my wedding day. Coby on the other hand, spent over 2 hours with me, listening to everything I wanted, asking all of the right questions to really get at the core of what I wanted (sometimes what you say you want isnt what you REALLY want). He sketched out very specific plans he had for each part of the wedding and really kept my budget in mind the entire time. He also brought out examples of flowers he might use and examples of stands, vases, etc -- he really SHOWED me his vision -- something the other florists I met with did not do. He offered ideas that I would have never ever thought of in a million years -- ideas that other florists would have never given me based on what I had told them. Coby took me out of my comfort zone a little bit, in a good way! For example, I swore I wanted bright bright color in every aspect of my wedding. He gave me some neutral ideas for the reception which will be PERFECT in my venue -- but I never would have agreed to do that had he not shown me his complete vision. I am obsessed with every single thing he came up with and spent the entire consultation saying "omg amazing, omg perfect". My budget was raised by about $1000, but I know it will be worth it and really make the statement I want for my wedding -- not just a bunch of pretty flowers. Coby is a designer, not just a florist, so if you really want your personality to shine through on your wedding day, meet with Coby. I can't wait to see everything on my wedding day and because of Coby and team's professionalism and reputation, I am 100% confident that everything will go as planned. All in all, if you're on a budget, don't assume that you can't afford Coby Neal. Give it a shot and I bet you'll be pleasantly surprised. read more

I will not be going with The Flower studio for several reasons. The first being Coby Neal looks down on anyone with a budget. He acts as though he has no interest in providing flowers and he would be doing you a favor. He is extremely close minded and is not open to bride's suggestions, ideas or opinions. Also I recently spoke to a wedding planner who said that she has had several complaints from brides that The flower studio did not provide flowers that were remotely close to their color scheme. They instead went with what they wanted, not the brides choice. No thank you. read more

The Flower Studio provides arrangements for our firm on a weekly basis. This week they knocked it out of the park! We had beautiful antlers with gold tips worked into our arrangements. Honestly I was not very happy with this studio. For one they are very over priced, and when I say very I mean double the amount you would find in other shops. They are not all that professional. When you ask to see examples the only thing I constantly remember her saying is "Oh we don't have any here." The lady even had the nerve to try and charge me $3,000 plus for the same thing that I got elsewhere for $1,300. Personally I would never recommend this shop.....Ever!!! read more
