I have heard such great opinions of the flying biscuit and choose to go to this location as I know they have multiple. We were a party of 6 and we arrived around 11 on Friday and there wasn't a wait and we got seated right away. The server can over and took our drink order. I ordered the hot chocolate. When he brought the drinks out, the hot chocolate didn't have whip cream on it, which it didn't say it had whip cream on the menu, but for some reason I was expecting it. When I drank the hot chocolate, it was like warm, so I didn't enjoy it as it got cold quickly. I ordered the chorizo hash, which sounded amazing from the description on the menu, and I ordered a side of gravy. Others in my party ordered the hot dirty bird and the free bird. When the food came out, it was slightly disappointing as a lot of items were lukewarm or cold. The gravy was cold and that took away from the enjoyment of the dishes. We did let the server know about the gravy being cold and he took the two dishes back and apologized and made news ones which came out warm and I appreciate the customer service of that. It wasn't as enjoyable as I was expecting, but maybe it was an off day. I would want to go and try another location to compare.

Piedmont omelette with creamy dreamy grits, biscuit, and apple butter

A solid choice for breakfast in ATL! Location and Parking Located at the intersection of Collier Rd and Howell Mill Rd, parking is plentiful and free. Venue and Atmosphere Plenty of seating is available inside the colorful and whimsically painted dinging room, but the air conditioning was very cold so we opted to sit outside on the patio. There's not much of a view (it's just facing the parking lot), but if you want some fresh air it gets the job done. Bathrooms are clean. Service Service was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Food and Beverages The piedmont omelette with extra cheese was delicious, and the creamy dreamy grits lived up to their name. The Nashville hot chicken biscuit was seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of heat. I would not recommend the french toast; the bread was plain wheat bread, and was a bit soggy and lacked significant flavor. Flying Biscuit does not serve alcohol, so I opted for some yummy cranberry juice. Verdict I'll be back for another omelette!

Southern omelette with a side of grits!!! Yum

We love this place. I ordered the southern omelette that has greens in it. Love it. The side of grits were done to perfect and of course the biscuit was outstanding. The staff did a great job. This was our first time at this location and it was perfect. Right off the highway and easy to get to.

We decided to sit outside where it was sunny and had good air flow vs inside, but unfortunately that meant that no one came to take our order for a while. We ended up ordering yogurt and granola parfait, Belgian waffle and loaded potatoes along with a biscuit. The biscuit was delicious, the waffle was a bit cold and hard. The yogurt parfait was ok, the fresh fruit was delicious. The potatoes weren't cooked well. Some parts were cold and others weren't cooked at all.

The restaurant is simple and straightforward, it reminds me of a diner. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. I wanted sweet and savory so instead of ordering two separate dishes she recommended that I order a side of peaches to accompany my chicken and waffles. I also ordered hot chocolate which was so rich. The chicken was flavorful and juicy and the waffle was nice and soft. Overall it was a great experience. My friends and I visited on a Saturday early afternoon and it was pretty empty which was nice. It was peaceful inside and the decorations were nice.

Chicken sausage gravy, breakfast sandwhich, strawberry cheesecake stuffed French toast, moon dusted potatoes, biscuit

Food is good, the biscuits & gravy are so good! & they do their eggs well. However, my boyfriend's strawberry cheesecake stuffed toast was super mushy & not texturally delicious. Plus we thought this location sold mimosas as we were on vacation but the iced chai latte with oat milk was great. Loved the vibe! Decent service. Weird location, but they do validate your parking.

Location: Howell Mill Village - Strip Mall Parking: Free - Parking lot Price Range - 1.99-16.99 -moderately priced Let me start off with an apology for the lack of pics, we were so hungry we just dived in Lol. I luv FREE easy parking which is why I chose this location and it was no problem finding a space on a Sunday at 1230. The location wasn't crowded and we sat right down which I was shocked. They also have a bar where you sit but they do not sell any alcoholic beverages not even Mimosa's, so drink before you come or bring a mini bottle with you. The food was good. I order the Egg Stravganza which was just a regular simple breakfast with French Toast, personal I didn't care for them & sent them back. The French Toast was made on whole wheat bread & to me, it was dipped in a weak batter of just egg no cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla etc. I am a French Toast connoisseur & these were horrible. The grits were very creamy just how I like, my eggs scrambled hard & my cheese folded inside, the sausage was good. I ended up getting pancakes, which were regular. My friend enjoyed the Oh My Grits Bowl, with turkey sausage, salmon, and shrimp with egg white, it looked delish. The service was on point, everyone is nice they replace my food choices with ease and we sat for an additional 30 mins after we were done with no one saying anything about them needing the table. Yes, I would return to try some other food options. If you are looking for over the top Breakfast/Brunch spots this restaurant is laid back family orientated or a good first date what ppl are now calling meet & greet where you can sit & enjoy a good conversation. I give them 4

    Chicken tenders

Ordered the piedmont omelette, chicken biscuit, and a BEC biscuit. Omelette was incredibly hard and overcooked. And in what world is this small amount of chicken tenders okay for a biscuit????

This is a good place to go to for breakfast. Their gravy was delicious and so were their Moondust potatoes, they had rosemary seasoning on top of them along with other seasonings. I can't remember, but very good. The coffee was good. I wish I would've known they had a latte or I would've got an iced latte instead. The biscuit was good but it was a little hard, it probably was left out all day. The service was fine. Nothing great but not bad. We sat on the outdoor patio. I would go back, the prices were good

    FL sunshine waffle

This is a place where you want to go for an average breakfast or brunch. The wait was not bad at all but we did wait a long time before our waitress came to out table. I ordered the FL Sunshine Waffle Breakfast and it was good nothing too extravagant about it. The waffle was very dense and I did not like it, but the eggs, sausage, grits, and biscuit was good.

I came here with my friend after working out at Cycle Bar. It was a fun and unique place. They had murals all over the wall. I loved the sunflowers. The server was sweet and attentive. My breakfast was delicious. The biscuit was really good. I would go back. It's a nice family place for breakfast.

The menu names were definitely on brand, but not quite catchy enough for me to remember them later. Both were solid, though, and hit the spot. Service was a highlight. The cashier really leaned into the accent and took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, which made the whole experience feel more immersive and welcoming. Parking was easy on an early weekday afternoon -- always a win. The space works well for small parties, but be prepared: tables are small and seating is close together. One tip: avoid sitting upstairs in Eden. It's noticeably warmer than the rest of the restaurant, and you'll likely leave smelling like breakfast. Overall, a fun, themed spot with great service. But I don't think I'll be back.

The latte was ok but the cake was phenomenal. The latte had a decent flavor but it wasn't strong. Plus it tasted very grainy and milk-heavy, overpowering the coffee. My slice of cake was so moist and delicious without being too sweet. It was perfect. I'd definitely come back again more so for the desserts than the coffee.
