She made sure our experience was a great one. She was very efficient in checking us in and made sure things that were unused stayed picked up. They have a tarantula and asked if we wanted her to bring him out to show the kids and was very patient is showing him to us and answering all of our questions. As far as the play place- cute and lots of pretend play so it's good for my younger kids but I probably wouldn't bring my 7 year old. They had lots of activities set up at the tables-ramen sorting, tooth brushing, arts, and crafts/slime (available for purchase). We'll be back soon and hope that we see the gem of an employee, Ruby.

When we asked why we weren't informed about this when it happened, or at least before we checked in, they claimed they were "advised to not contact any guests" ???? I tried to be understanding of what they can't control, and move past the lack of kindness from any workers, however throughout my stay here, it only got harder for me. After driving hours, and spending money on gas and groceries, we couldn't just go home. The second we get to the cabin, I spot the lifeless roaches EVERYWHERE. After cleaning up, I noticed the dishes all have food on them and were clearly not properly cleaned. So we again had to clean each dish. The bedroom door was broken off the hinges and wouldn't close, giving us no privacy whatsoever. The tv didn't work at all. Now onto the actual lake. We were rightfully angry and disappointed that we travelled to stay in a lake cabin, and we weren't warned about the sewage leak, however we tried to make the best out of it and enjoy the view and the nature. This mindset lasted a good 2 seconds before we saw the amount of trash. The piles of trash hidden behind trees and the cans and plastic on the shore was astonishing. The final nail in the coffin was coming back to our cabin to find the walls and ceiling COVERED in tiny bugs that seemed to be coming from the sink drain. We proceeded to try to get rid of them, and brush them off the wall and kill them, however they kept multiplying. We packed up and left immediately after this. The service we received, the price we payed, and the lack of communication we experienced was unacceptable. I don't recommend staying here.

It wasn't too crowded when I came and my kids had lots of fun on the rides and another funny ride attendants name was seven! Didn't get the last name letter but it's an interesting name so I remembered. Wrote this review to make sure these fun kids were noticed for how friendly they made the place! Wish I could remember more of these teens names!

It's just an old building. People are extremely kind there. I'm a stay at home mom that brings 3 kids so I can be healthy and that only cost me around $85/month. For the way they take care of my kids it's worth every penny AND they even offer to watch your kids if you want to go on a date with your spouse. That's above and beyond and that's more welcoming than anything I can think of. That's very special to me. They offer programs for the kids as young as 6 months. Parking can be busy, but I haven't had to wait long for someone to walk out. Thank you guys for looking out for us with children. That greatly appreciated.

The ambiance seemed great upon first impression -- the ballroom overlooks the driving range, and golf is his favorite pastime. My aunts did a menu tasting before the event and they said the food was great. They chose the following options: steak wedge salad, chicken florentine, and salmon and rice. However the day of the event was such a disappointment. The steaks were super inconsistent-- some of us had rare, some of us had medium rare, and I had a well done piece. What seemed strange about my steak is that it tasted...like organ meat?! I thought I was going crazy. My family tried it and they agreed something was extremely off about the taste. My cousin was struggling to cut his chicken florentine because it was so dry. The biggest offender was the salmon and rice... everyone who ordered this option received UNDERCOOKED RICE! Rice is one of the hardest things to mess up, especially if you use a rice cooker... The bread and butter that was served was dry and unmemorable. It's sad when the appetizers outshine the main dishes. The fruit plate upon seating was well presented. The Beef Wellington (A+ chef's kiss) and coconut shrimp were the saving grace of the event. The pork potstickers were just okay. We had paid drinks as an option, but I don't drink so I asked for a club soda. It came in a plastic bottle and it tasted like plastic. Outside of food, the ballroom provided us a projector. The AV team didn't seem super knowledgeable as it took 30 minutes to get the video AND audio up and going. Overall it wasn't the best in terms of food and the projector, but the room itself was great and the appetizers provided something to remember. Nonetheless, I'm grateful we had a place to create memories for my grandfather's 100th. Highly would not recommend this place for a wedding though unless you're looking to be disappointed.
