Parking was a little different since we parked across the street, but it was free, which was a nice surprise. The restrooms were clean, there were snacks and drinks available, and since we weren't sure what to expect, we ate beforehand. The real magic was watching all four of my kids, ages 4 to 12, find something they genuinely loved. That doesn't happen everywhere! From arts and crafts to climbing, sliding, exploring, and creating, there was something for every personality and energy level. No one was bored. Not even for a minute. As a mom, I appreciated the clean environment, family friendly atmosphere, and free Wi-Fi. As a M.O.M.=maker of memories maker, I loved seeing my kids laugh, play, and discover new things together. It was 95 degrees outside and nobody had aten. One cabins bunk beds were literal baby pins, nets around them and flat green mattresses. Chris Estrada, the one preaching, sounds like he could be a little crazy. Mentioning how one tome he was at the zoo and a guy said "can i show u something" and blisters came up on him and his skin peeled back. Your not allowed to go back into your cabin until 12pm and then they wake you up at 7am every morning! There were some fun moments but i would only say the fun moments were the people you spent your time with, not the challenges and games.

I was calm when speaking with the manager, Kala because she wasn't the aggressor who hurt my daughters feelings. But I was still met with aggression and hostility from Kala. She laughed in my face and tried gaslighting me. Saying no one has ever had a problem with Kate. In between loud annoyed sighs and groans she gave me the worst service. I even asked her why she was behaving that way. I asked for the owners contact information and she said, no one has time for you. I later found out Kala and the owner Rina are best friends so absolutely no disciplinary actions will take place. No customer relations will be mended. After spending so much money on this business we were met with some of the worst treatment we've ever experienced. Please save your children the heartache and save yourself the money. They are not kind people. They do not know how to treat children. They have absolutely no class. They do not know the first thing about customer service.
