I found Sarasota Networks who in their website said they were Ubiquity installers. Franklin spent quite a bit of time testing all pieces of the system to figure out problem. Franklin even contacted Ubiquity and had them work with us to resolve issues. Making some changes in settings and working with Ubiquity on a firmware correction has made the access points stable. He was always available to discuss issues we observed and to investigate them. The pricing for the work was reasonable considering all the aspects which needed to be reviewed and investigated. Sarasota Networks was willing to spend the time diagnosing the problem instead of just making quick changes.

One to install a 75" TV on a mount and hiding the wires behind the wall and to mount my 2 Sonos speakers in corners of our house. He came back a few days later to install a Sonos sound bar. Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. I had to pay $610 in order to close out my account. The couple who purchased my house also want a security system. I am telling them do not go with Vivint, it is to much of a hassle if you have to leave.

Given the holiday weekend the technician didn't know if he could get to make a service call. He in turn called Alert Alarm Systems Owner Victor who made the service call today and between himself and his technician Rob who directed him via phone, they resolved the problem and ran tests to make sure the system worked properly. I have an ADT Smart Home System which includes water leak detectors. I want to tie it into an…read moreautomatic Z wave shut off valve so if there is a leak detected it will shut off the main water valve. ADT technology does not allow me to tie in my Z wave water leak detectors to another Z wave device. I will have to put in a separate z wave hub to use such a system. This is a surprise in that I have had this set up in two other homes with other security companies and it was a routine set up. Very disappointing.
