Was grandfathered into this service shop after the Honda Hospital closed, so didn't have a full history with this so. Did an overpriced belt exchange and inspection on my 2005 Honda Odyssey a few years ago, but it was fine so I assumed they did their job. A few months ago, I brought the same car to the shop to diagnose a noise emanating from start/serpentine belt. When I picked up the car again, the noise was gone, and they charged me $600 for inspection and changed the battery. After driving it for 60 miles, the part pictured below fell off the car, causing the power steering to fail ( fortunately at local roads) and requiring tow. When calling back the garage, they only offered to look at it again, and claimed not to have access to a towing service. I took it to AAA repair shop, where they fixed it for $400. To be fair, the AAA mechanic had heard of this issue in the Honda Odysseys but have never seen it. But to be fair, I was also asking for Four Garage to do an inspection and diagnose the issue. I'll start with WOW, Jennifer picked up the phone with a very upbeat and had a want to help attitude! SOLD... I called 3 other shops in the area and was treated as if I was annoying them... 05 LS430 tons of miles, ask for a simple drain and fill on trans and ask about an additive, her response was "yes we can" we don't stock it but I'll get it.. bottom line is this place is about customer service and that's hard to find these days! To boot I go pick up the car and was told hey the transmission fluid amount we quoted was a bit over what the trans took so we took that off the bill! REALLY? Something a customer would have never known or would not be able to verify and they were honest enough to do that! RARE SHOP I am currently visiting and would have done the service myself has I of been home but really happy I found this place cause when I'm in town they will be the only shop I use!! Service advisor was charging $97 for a simple oil change. I brought my own full synthetic oil and oil filter. It's a 20-30 minute service that typically, auto shops charge $20-$35 if the customer supplies their own oil and filter. Not sure why the service is still $97 when no inspection is needed but only a simple oil change. Thanks but no thanks. read more

Very thorough evaluation and care for my cars including new radiator, manifold gaskets, battery, sunroof seal, and suspension. A very difficult to diagnose short circuit was found and fixed. They are very professional and go out of their way to please. Very honest and reliable. They did a service and found that my brake pads and rear rotors were worn down, which they had alerted me to at the last service. They gave me a fair price and once I OKed it they delivered the car back to me, with new brakes and rear rotors in 4 hours including the service. Great customer service and appreciate the honesty in diagnosing the issue with my car. My Volkswagon GTI was having a strange issue where the car would not accelerate past 20mph without the engine making a strange sound. The issue happened a couple of days before Christmas which was unfortunate because I really needed my car. The Four Car Garage took my car right away and diagnosed the problem even though I didn't have an appointment and even though they were busy due to the holidays. They took the time to refer me to another service shop when they realized the problem was something they didn't have the tools to fix. I was in a rush to get my car fixed and I couldn't have gotten it done faster without the advice from Four Car Garage. I oddly have this mindset that every mechanic is out to "get you" and make you pay up for unnecessary maintenance, so I'm a little cautious whenever I bring my car in to a shop. Incredibly dishonest people deserve negative stars. After I approved thousands of dollars for repair to my Jaguar, they decided they did not want to do the work and refused to even tow my car to another garage until police intervened. I had heir crappy old Toyota loaner car with 177,000 miles on it and no way to get my non-running car immediately. I arranged for another garage to take to car and told them I would return the loaner in a day or two. They called the police and went crazy over their crap loaner while they had my Jaguar. They tried to cheat me on over-charges and were generally dishonest and very sneaky. After telling the police I could keep the loaner for a couple of days, they sneaked over to my home in the middle of the night and stole the loaner from my house with thousands of dollars of my property inside. Ultimately they gave me a full refund, as they did not earn any money, cost me money, and they knew the police were angry with them. I still do not have all my property back. After asking around, I have since heard many bad reviews from others about them. They have some scam going to keep positive reviews online. Never trust the Internet, find real customers and ask them! read more
