He went on about how he has an early morning routine, and continued to ramble. Anyway, we went in... But weird... In case anyone ever sees this parrot guy in the area. So we came here because the early showings are a pretty amazing option for people who like to avoid crowds. Our movie was empty and the reclining seating was comfortable. The only downside of this location is that it is older with outdated restrooms.

Also nobody answers the phones at this location. I tried calling many times but nobody ever picked up. You will still see employees wandering around but don't expect them to answer the phone or you for any questions. Additionally if you want to buy any sold out merch, they will direct you to another wrong location that doesn't have it. And since none of the locations answer phones, you won't be able to call and verify and instead you'll waste your time going to another location believing the employee that the other location is stocked but will end up with nothing cause it's a lie and the employee just wasted your time. Just to go an AMC, I never had any of these issues with AMC. Regal isn't worth the effort.

Today (May 10th, Sunday), I went to Regency Movie Theater in Buena Park, Orange County, with my mom…read moreand my two brothers to watch a movie. We went to see The Devil Wears Prada 2. When I checked the movie schedule online last night, I saw an 11:30 AM showtime, so we left early in the morning to make it on time. However, when we got there, we were told that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. We had driven all the way there specifically so my mom could watch the movie with Korean subtitles, so we had no choice but to buy four tickets for the 1:15 PM showing, which did have Korean subtitles. While we were waiting, we bought nachos there, charged our cell phones, and relaxed for a while and had lunch in that mall. Being able to charge our phones was a huge plus. Also, one of the female employees, who was quite tall, was very kind and told us that there was a seating area toward the back of the theater. Thanks to her, we were able to sit there for a while, charge our phones, and eat our nachos. However, there were two women's restrooms inside the theater. One of them had no hand soap at all. I went and told the female employee, and she asked me, "There's no hand soap at all?" I said there was none at all. She then told me there was another women's restroom on the other side, so I went there, and that restroom did have soap. Before the movie started, I went back to the first restroom because it was closer to the theater, but even after more than two hours, there was still no hand soap at all. I was very disappointed, so I had to go to the restroom that was much farther away from the theater. Overall, this theater has a lot of good points. The staff is friendly, the seats are pretty comfortable, the theater is clean and pleasant, you can charge your cell phone, and parking is free. Also, for older people like my mom who want to enjoy the latest Hollywood movies with Korean subtitles, that is definitely the biggest advantage. However, I do have two suggestions: I hope they maintain the restrooms better. If there is no soap at all in the restroom, it does not seem right that no one refills it for more than two hours. I wish they would provide Korean subtitles for all showtimes. If that is not possible, I hope they clearly indicate on their website which showtimes have Korean subtitles and which ones do not. We came from far away, so it was very disappointing to find out that the 11:30 AM showing did not have Korean subtitles. Because of that, we ended up wasting two hours even though we had driven all the way there specifically for the Korean subtitles.

They were nothing of substance and all I did was live like a trollop with other theatres until I set my foot in your doors. I've never stayed with one long enough to truly understand what a loving relationship with a theatre could be like until I met you. From your reclining seats that support me in a way that no one else ever could, along with seat warmers to keep me warm the way you keep my heart warm, to the generous spaces in between seats so that no one else gets too close to me to break my heart, and the way you think of others by providing accessibility with your closed caption devices (just ask for one up front!). You truly have nothing but my well-being in consideration. This is why I think we'll be together forever. Never change, Cinemark. Never change.

My favorite theater used to be iPic in Pasadena but the last time I went, the seats were also very dirty and didn't feel it was worth to pay about $40 a ticket. I stopped going and heard they recently closed down permanently. My daughters and I wanted to watch Obsession and we decided to watch it at Regal in Yorba Linda due to its proximity and great reviews on Yelp. Although, my GPS somehow took me to Tokyo Central about a block away from Regal, I was still able to self navigate to the correct location and easily found free parking at the structure right across the street. I purchased both our tickets and food directly on the app, which was very easy and convenient to do. The tickets are less than $15 for both adults and kids under 12, and food items are about $15 for a combo. You can also order a family combo with popcorn, drinks and candy for about $45. You get your eticket right away and you can save it in your Apple Wallet for them to scan. Since our movie came out over a month ago, it was only featured in the smaller theater. However, it was still very clean and nice with reclining leather seats. I felt very comfortable while watching my movie and almost fell asleep! We got popcorn, mozzarella sticks, candy, Blueberry icee, and Parmesan fries. The food was good and not overpriced. The staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my experience here today and give Regal in Yorba Linda a 10/10! Fun times!
