Stopped here after staying overnight a few blocks away on the way to MARC for breakfast with my wife. The shop is very cozy and roomy staff are friendly. Food and drinks were both delicious as well.

My dirty hippie latte was beyond delicious! It was live at first sip. Not overly chai spiced and not under espresso-ed. I don't think I've ever had a better dirty chai. That said, my husband said his espresso macchiato was just ok, but he said he'd go back. If we do ever go back, we would definitely order ahead. The line was nearly out the door at 2 in the afternoon on a Sunday. I can't imagine how it is in the mornings.

Very nice corner coffee shop in the downtown area! The staff were great! Normally I only drink regular coffee, nothing special. When I told to staff that it became a science project to make me something special. I end up getting a dirty chi tea latte which was really good. My new favorite drink! I also got a salmon lox bagel which was delicious. Overall I really like this place and I look forward to coming back next time I'm in the area.

A great place for a quick and convenient breakfast. I preordered the egg, ham, and cheese ciabatta sandwich and the drunken monkey latte online and it was ready by the time I reached the cafe. I don't drink much coffee, but the latte was very good. The breakfast sandwich was just OK. Again, it was conveniently open at 6am and only a 5-minute walk. I'd definitely order again and try more of their multitudes of drinks and breakfast sandwiches.

Came on a Sunday at 9:30am - it was busy but not overly packed and service was quick and efficient. I got the crème brûlée latte with oat milk and it was delicious. Definitely on the sweet side. We also got the cherry and cheese danish (omg, sooo good) and cinnamon bun, also delicious. Definitely recommend having them warmed up. Seating options are great, lots of room inside and different areas of the outside patio. They also have dog cookies at the counter for sale. Also love how robust their breakfast and lunch menu is and that both are served all day.

The decor and vibes here are nice. The mixture of the soothing music with the plants, paintings and overall construction of this place makes it a nice spot to just hangout in. I ordered the drunken monkey latte which was really good. Regrettably ordered it hot but I still enjoyed it. I didn't order any pastries but I wish I would've. The presentation of it is pretty enticing. Overall a nice little spot. Would definitely come again.

I love patronizing small businesses in my area. It's even better when the food and drinks tastes as good as some of the larger chain places if not better. I have ordered a few different food options and I will say my favorite has got to be the coconut custard danish. Service is always really nice and they move very quickly even on busy days. They are a good amount of tables inside and when the weather is warm tables for outdoor seating.

Just tried this coffee shop that we had HIGH expectations of and we ordered the avocado toast and I was DEEPLY disappointed on how it was presented and prepared!! Looks like someone just threw it together with no effort! Def not ordering this again

We grabbed breakfast and coffee here a few weeks ago and it was very good. When we arrived, the line was out the door and we're glad we stayed. Their pumpkin pie latte was out of this world. Their ham and egg on rosemary was tasty as well! Not sure how often we'll be in Frederick, but we will be back.

Interesting and quick option for breakfast on the east side of Frederick. Lots of outdoor seating under a tent. Parking can be a puzzle. Based on the sleek aesthetics of the store and menu board, I expected larger portions and tastier food. As it was, everything was adequate but little was all that special. Better options exist.

Is there a parking lot or just on street metered parking?

There's a parking lot behind the building and street parking as well.

How kid friendly is this place? Do they have high chairs and changing tables in the bathroom?

I wouldn't say they are 'let your kid run around' friendly, but I've seen little kids here before. They do have a high chair, but there are no changing tables in their bathrooms. (I'm guessing because they are really tiny)

Does anyone know if getting a latte with coconut milk is possible here?

Yes!! They're wonderful about making anything any way you like it!!

And saw the "under" orientation of the toilet paper, which violates the original patent for toilet paper holders from 1891, where the paper clearly goes over the top. The "over" configuration: * prevents the roll from brushing the wall * makes it easier to grab with one hand * reduces accidental unrolling * and, most importantly, does not make decent people feel like they're living in a lawless society. What you have here is bathroom anarchy. I must admit that tile and brushed metal fixtures actually look really nice, which somehow makes the backward roll even more upsetting. It's like a beautifully plated meal served on the floor. Moreover, the ceiling contains approximately 400 judgmental eyes observing you while you attempt to live your life. The wallpaper on the ceiling (on the ceiling!!!) has a pattern based on the "evil eye" motif (sometimes called nazar), which shows up in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern design. Traditionally it's supposed to ward off bad luck or jealousy. All it does in this case is confirm the establishment has abandoned reason and at least one of the people who work has met a psychedelic mushroom. Still, the vibe everywhere else in this place is amazing and the coffees are very very good!

I was immediately charmed by the ambiance of the country farm feel. There is a small selection of fresh produce clearly from someone's garden. I opted for an "end of the season" peace for $1.50 (a steal, imo). The three of us found a seat outside in the sun. For drinks we tried the Rose of Sharon Hibiscus tea, Macchiato, French press and a pour over. I felt the tea was VERY mild, to the point of almost no flavor at all. I would try something else to drink next time. All the coffees were good. For food we started with the seasonal frittata, the Oyster mushroom Ragout over potatoes with Tahini, and roasted eggplant & tomatoes over potatoes with Tahini. We all agreed that the food was fantastic! The veggies are so fresh, the roasting intensifies their flavors and the tahini lends a creaminess. The potatoes were cooked to perfection with creamy centers! Oh, and the slaw was outstanding! Unlike anything I've had before. I wanted more!! Round two: cinnamon roll, cardamom fennel braid, GF vegan salted peanut butter cookie, & GF DF almond plum cake. I'm telling you that cookie was SHOCKING! It was the best peanut butter cookie I have ever had GF or not. I have great respect for the baker!! The almond plum cake was absolutely delicious, again it was a top cake (GF or not). The cardamom fennel braid was superb. A beautiful pastry crisp on the outside and tender inside with a lovely balance of flavors. I did not taste the cinnamon roll but was told it was fantastic as well, with a crispness to the outside and tender inside. The portions were perfect for us. Yes, if the portions were bigger I would still eat more, but after finishing our entrees, we definitely felt like we had just the right amount to eat. Because we are visiting from out of town and would not return on this trip, we made the choice to try a slew of baked goods also. Overall, if I lived nearby I would be a regular here. Easy parking, charming environment, food I could eat every.single.day!

I saw people coming out of here! I didn't hesitate, I skipped right on across the street to see what I could see. The cutest Korean bakery! The same bakery you know and love from H Mart now has a stand alone location in the heart of downtown Frederick. I took a spin around, snapped some photos and then grab a tray to load up with goodies. I love that its self-serve. You can always get the one you want without the awkward and mostly ineffective pointing and direction giving from behind the glass lol. I picked up a nice mix or sweet and savories. I think my favorite was the spicy jalapeño ham & bacon roll. It was soft, spicy, salty, and just the right amount of sweet from the dough. You can order finer pastries, coffee, and boba tea from the counter and eat in or take it to go. I'll be coming here every time I'm in town for sure!

I wish we could adjust the sweetness and the boba was ok, it hardened up pretty quickly. I'd return for thr pastries but not the boba.
