Our order was taken and we watched as a female employee did to go/mobile orders while they have in store customers standing right in front of them. We waited a solid 12 minutes for ours while they made the other orders first of those not even in store. The girl making the orders didn't not even speak or look up at us. Atmosphere feels outdated and vintage; not my cup of tea really.. The offerings are nice: sandwiches, drinks of various type & ice cream. The ice cream was a mid-basic rolled ice cream. Had your toppings and drizzle and that was about it. Nothing elaborate for 2 rolled ice creams at $17(pricey for that honestly). Very hard & could barely get a bite with my spoon. It's okay... 3/5 stars.

Service was fine, nice. The 3 stars is for the inside/ambiance. There was no music or any sounds besides us whispering. Felt like we weren't supposed to be there. But even more than that... there's a yellow sofa in the corner that is really gross. Like, dirty, had an odor... we took our order to go bc of it. It was really off putting. Maybe the music was an off thing but the whole sofa corner, supposed to be inviting and cozy, was gross.

My partner is a lover of macaron's, and I of gelato...so anytime I swing by the mall, I make it point to hit up Le Macaron. You can get a variety of macarons as individuals or packs, and I usually grab 6 at a time. I always make sure to get the lemon and red velvet, I toss a few randoms or seasonal flavors to round the packs out. Service is always stellar when I come by. Associate is friendly and helpful when needed, especially describing flavors before I commit. Overall, solid spot in a great location inside of Cool Springs Galleria!

I love Macarons and have relied on Le Macaron since they opened to be my #1 spot for them…read moreconsidering they're so hard to find here in Nashville. I had only ever had great experiences at both this location and the location downtown prior to my last visit. I got a 12 pack as part of a gift for a friend and half of the macarons were just off, and each for differing reasons. They also didn't have any boxes so the macarons were put in a couple bags. Each one was a different flavor too, so 12 different batches. Half of them were delicious as usual. The other half, I'm just not sure what happened. We started taking photos after realizing it was multiple and I have attached those. The yellow one and the pink and green one was super gooey and felt uncooked (not the filling). The cream colored one had a hard and bendy outer shell with the inside part being super airy and dry/hard. It was very chewy. The red one was dry and fell to pieces except for the part that stayed attached to the filling - imagine a nerds candy rope. The blue one with pink filling was really wet. Almost like the ones that seemed uncooked but at least this one's shell seemed right. The inside was like cold batter. I am sad to leave this review and the review isn't actually due to the one-off experience I had. I don't believe it's an accurate representation of how their macarons generally are. I'm leaving this review because when I called to get an understanding and also let them know something was off, I was told that "we've never had one complaint" and "there's not much more I can do for you without seeing them and knowing what happened" even after I stated I had photos I'd be happy to share since it wasn't easily describable. I felt really dismissed after he made 3 different points of how "there's just no way" and when I expressed that I felt that way the man who stated he was the owner became very argumentative saying he doesn't understand how and when I tried to explain how he wouldn't stop speaking over me. He said he would give me a discount on my next visit. I said I appreciate it but that I didn't want to come back after the phone call we were having. He asked me what I wanted instead since I "wasn't being receptive to his solutions". I didn't call wanting anything out of it. All I wanted was for the business to know they missed the mark because how else would they know if it's never brought to their attention. I told him I don't want anything and he said "well if you think of something just call me back I guess" and that was that. I wish I had never called and just let him continue on his high horse of thinking "we've never had any complaints" No, sir, you clearly just haven't been 'receptive' to the complaints. I advocated for them and now I'm disheartened.. and

We were in France a little less than a year ago, so we thought why not try out the Macaron shop. We tried multiple flavors and their gelato as well. Both were very good. Macarons were fresh and gelato was delicious! My apologies for not having any pictures, but we didn't think about it until they were mostly gone. Nice afternoon sugary treats. They have about 30 Different varieties of macrons and 8 different gelato flavors not including all of the fresh chocolates and toffee. They also offer fresh gourmet cakes and coffees. Definitely stop by and try this place out. Brought us back to France if even just for a little bit. Enjoy your sweet treats in Murfreesboro. Bonjour!

Wow! Reading the reviews that scored this establishment so low, I was shocked. Complaints were…read moremostly about the price and food quality that I did not experience in my one visit. There is a lot to say. Please read on. I'm writing this to offset the complaints in the other reviews. I'm going to start off with the food, which my family and I found to be EXCELLENT. Granted, I had selections different than those who dissed this place. I brought home macron, fruit gels and Napoleons. My wife is an excellent home baker who provides baked goods to great reviews when she brings her wares to community events. Her take on the macron were that they were excellent as they are a very sensitive product to make. As for me, I have only had a few from other places of comparable reputation and I found these to be equal to those. Slightly larger than a gaming die, the fruit gels were great. One of my adult sons loves Turkish Delights and the other loves high quality fruit slice gels. While these were in between both of them, the fruit taste coated the mouth wonderfully. Napoleons are hard to find due to their complexity. The one I had ranked as high as the few enjoyments of my past. One review explained how they did not like the eclairs. Well, that is fine, but I have never seen such a variety nor attention to detail in the presentation. I can understand the comment about the counter person who was confused about how to charge. The young lady I met seemed a bit green behind the ears. Food is placed in the display case wonderfully and the place is well lit. Ambiance was that of a nice pastry shop. At the start of this dissertation, I told you to read on so it is why here I tell you about finding this place and their neighbor competition. When I checked out, the person behind the counter said they do not get a lot of business because their sign is so small. Never mind that - find them! Another French pastry shop is less than 100 yards across the parking lot. The other way my ultimate destination, but I accidentally pulled up in front of the subject of this review. They offer different products and depending on my home menu selections, I will visit both. You should, too.
