This was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering I have never encountered this issue elsewhere. I hope management reviews this situation and ensures policies are communicated and applied consistently across locations.

This time a different young man was at the window, and he apologized for the poor service I received and ensured me he would resolve the matter by creating a great bowl with proper drizzle.
