We purchased a trailer from this company. The price was great but it's been a frustrating experience. All manuals are in Spanish and we are having difficulty finding them in English through any Google search. Their fire and gas installations failed inspection. It cost $1500 to have all of the problems fixed, although they did cover that. The trailer had a massive amount of scratches when we received it and they just shrugged that off. The water heater is sub standard and the electrical connection on the outside of the trailer is worrisome since it isn't reinforced in any way and you can tell the pressure it takes to disconnect will eventually damage the trailer wall. I feel as if we've done business with people who aren't really qualified to put these units together. read more

Terrible Service. Purchase the Food Truck yesterday. Broke down the next day! Tires were bald, Rim and tire flew off. Latch did not attach the truck. They rid the latch we waited hours. I'm piss Paid 35,000,00 just to be sitting stuck on the free way. BE CAREFUL Do NOT COME Here! The price we paid we was rip off Not fair. AWFUL COMPANY!! I have only had my trailer 2 months and it is always having an issue. As soon as I got it I noticed water always coming from under the sinks. Still can not figure out from where. The faucet is so cheap that if the water gets too hot, the whole spicket flies off the hot water side. The air conditioner stopped working after one month! A brand new AC?!? I called in and talked to Stephany about it and she said someone would contact me. Weeks past now and no contact. Also, she said I might have to bring the trailer there! I am 2 hours away from there!! Why is it my responsibility to drive and waste my time for your F' ups?? The window hydraulics are always popping off. Biggest Danger!! There is leaks all over the place in the propane pipes. I have had to literally disassemble most of the gas lines and put them back together to stop leaks. I am still going through too much fuel so I figure there must be leaks underneath I still need to find. I go through 10lb containers in a day when it should last a couple! When they installed the fire suppression lines, instead of piping it to the side, they came straight out with it so that I lost lots of room where I can place a piece of equipment. Common sense, if its a small area like this, don't make anything protrude that doesn't need to! The trailers were definitely a value but you absolutely get what you pay for!! Trust me! I order my food trailer and had to wait 3 months to get it when I was told I would get it way sooner then that . When I got my city permits it almost didn't pass because of the sink trap in the bottom . The led lights from the inside were loose so they always flicker . The water pump messed up when we had use the trailer only 2 times and took 1 week for them to fix it which we seen them remove one from the trailer next to ours . Then 2 months later the leaf spring broke which is the part that hold part of the wheel . Which I paid out of pocket because we where stranded on the road . 2 days later the other side of the same thing broke and this time called it in and my husband had to go to The Fud trailer location to pick up a random whelder they hired to go fix it and brought him back to the Fud trailer location which is about 1 hr away . So that was 4 rides going back and toward. Then 1 month ago the trailer started to shock us just by touching it . It turns out that one wire behind the sheet metal was rubbing on it and that's why we randomly would some times feel a tingle when we would insert the key to open it until it shocked my husband bad and noticed the grass was burnt where the trailer jack was at on the grass where we would park it . We took the trailer in and was there for a whole month and until we got on them about it the last 4th week they start taking a part a notices the screws rubbing and lots of different wires were just added to each other so at any time it could of even fought on fire . Lastly today July 22nd we came to pick up our trailer again because 3 weeks ago the food trailer window top opened I guess because of the poor way the latches where drilled in the pop out and open the window top when we were pulling up to the commissary to change the water . So when the top open it hit the side of the commissary building wall and it broke off the window top and the whole trailer pulled back our truck and caused the leaf springs to break again . So we went by today to the Fud trailer location (shepherded ) because I got a call in since 3 weeks ago that we left it there and got sent these pictures of them putting back the window top without asking me or recommending it's not fiable to get a new one . But no he sent me a picture they dented out some of it and placed it back on to the trailer when I clearly said if it was going to look bad or not fixable it's okay to order me a new one . I mean it's a new trailer why the hell would I want a ugly dented window top on it . We'll arrive and hitched on the trailer and Christian Martinez tells me that I just have to sign a paper so okay I went inside and he tells me if I am paying cash or card and I said wait what no one told me how much I am paying or gave me the option to have a new top order!?! So he tells me it will be $200 for mounting it back that the leaf spring work was covered but to mount that dentted up top which it looks bad didn't even do effort is $200 for that so I paid it and got in the truck . My husband goes in and demands to refund the 200 because it's been 3 weeks and if they order us a new one which they didn't even ask us we could use that money plus whatever it cost to put a new one in . So after going back and forward with him he said he didn't call because he was on a 1 week vacation mind you the trailer has been there for 3 weeks and we never got a call to go forward with anything just today that is ready for pick up . It looks hideous . He gave us back my $200 cash payment and said never to return to this place to fix anything even tho it's still under its 1 year warranty and we have wasted so much time with this trailer messing up every time we get to use it. We can't ever make a decent sales without something giving up on us and we only sell tacos . This trailer is the most delicate thing ever I'm surprised that the wind doesn't blow this thing over . This is the biggest regret ever I will never buy a trailer from this company they lack of so much . If you are reading this please go to a place where they make the trailers here in Texas because we ended up finding out the bring these trailers in from Mexico so whatever you get that's it they will just try to half ass fix it here .
