Buyer Beware!! My husband and I were in the area for a doctor's appointment. He decided to visit…read morethe Licking/Knox Goodwill store in that strip mall while I was being seen. He spotted a Vizio 47" TV and got very interested. When I joined him there, I asked 'can I plug it in' to make sure this was working properly. The manager stated she did NOT have an outlet to use for this purpose.! But that we could take it home (28 miles away) and bring it back in 24 hours for a refund. I had never been to a thrift store that didn't allow you to plug in an electronic purchase! But my husband's excitement got the best of him and he dragged it home with us. It cost $149.99, not at all a thrift store bargain.... Needless to say, the TV is 'on its last legs', needs 6 tubes costing $20.00 each and he didn't drag it back for a refund. His 'fault' but my point is that this store is not run with the same honesty or service that we would expect from a charitable organization. Buyer coming HERE beware!!

Sadly the Lancaster location has gone downhill.. I recently bought several large pieces that…read morerequired delivery. On the day of delivery I recieved no call they were coming( driver kept calling a wrong number). Then part of my order was left at the previous stop and the item was dragged and damaged my wood floors When I called coporate because a local mgr didnt respond after store mgr was rude, I was told basically too bad since you have no pics before damage we cant be held responsible for damage. Second and last time I had a sub par delivery. Will NEVER shop here again!!!
