He did not greet us, barely acknowledged us, and continued looking at his phone instead of making any effort to engage with us or show genuine interest in giving a tour. It's unfortunate because the inside of the venue did have potential, but the overall experience made it very clear that this was not a place where we felt valued or welcomed as potential clients. The exterior was also dirty, and there were several unhoused individuals camped nearby, which added to the poor first impression. At the end of the day, we do not spend money where we are not treated with basic respect. This was a hard no for us.

In addition, service was abysmally slow & forgetful, food came out cold, and wasn't that great/cooked correctly either. My "rare" filet mignon was medium at best. The "rib chop" my coworkers got was flaaat as hell and overcooked with inconsistent presentation/preparation. Can't send my overcooked filet back of course because it's the last one. Crème brûlée was actually soup in the middle. Bread pudding was dense and unpleasant. Potatoes were cold. Given our group dropped almost three grand, it was pretty damn lackluster. There's a dedicated seating area, but the snack bar is currently limited to just chips. Hopefully, they'll expand the menu in the future. In the meantime, it seems like bringing your own food is an option. The hallway leading to the restrooms is well-designed, and the bathrooms themselves are impressively high-tech, with some featuring two sinks on opposite sides, an interesting touch.
