When I contacted the business owner Diana she promised to address the issue and fairly investigate the matter. After investigating she didn't have a camera footage to proof that the headset was not stolen from her valet service so she offered me to compensate for headset. When I asked her for proof of purchase for the headset to confirm the authenticity of the headset. She backed off from her words and said she no longer want to pursue this route. It showed a clear sign that she was only buying time to and not truly address the issue. Their parking services is not trust worthy when owners of the business don't stand by their words. I have filed a police report already and will pursue legal action against them.

All were professional and knowledgeable (e.g. they knew my specific neighborhood and its parking constraints; they provided realistic estimates about how many cars I'd probably need parked based on number of confirmed guests, and all three gave honest advice about whether a valet service would even be needed), but Jose's price was by far the best deal. The point I'm making is that Jose's knowledge and professionalism easily matches the other highest rated, but more expensive options. On the day, Joes's team arrived exactly when scheduled, setup with no difficulty, and confidently provided service for the entirety of our agreed upon window. In comparison, we had other vendors for our party (Bar Tender; Hot Dog Man!) that required varying degrees of support and interaction. But not Jose's team from Logistic -- I literally never had to do ANYTHING for them. They just took care of their work all on their own. As their shift wound down, coinciding with the end of our party, they easily handled moving remaining guests' cars so that they were easily visible from our front door, handed off the keys to me, collected their check, and packed up and said their friendly goodbyes, leaving nary a trace that they were ever there. It immediately turned into an absolute nightmare. Let me share our experience with you. First, upon arriving, I noticed 10 (maybe a few more) open parking spaces in the parking lot and then noticed that there two vehicles parked in designated handicap spaces without proper permits. The valet attendants from Quality Parking Services Inc. seemed to think that Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance was optional. When greeted, I explained to him that I would self park my vehicle and I asked him to move the non-compliant vehicle, so we could park there. He told me no and told me I could go park in a neighboring lot. He also stated that if I self-parked in the Cheesecake Factory's lot, that I would still have to pay for service. I kindly tried to explain to the attendant about the ADA, and that they couldn't obstruct these spaces. All three of the attendants didn't seem to believe me, nor did they care. So, I parked the car in the order pick-up space and my wife and I began to walk towards the front door of the restaurant. I immediately noticed that the valet attendant appeared to be escorting us into the restaurant and told the manager, Felix what had transpired outside. Needless to say, Felix seemed to understand me when I told him how this illegal act could cause serious problems. He understood what I was saying and apologized wholeheartedly. While we waited for our food, I went outside to document the vehicles with no placards or permits/tags of any kind. The whole time, the attendants presented themselves as not understanding English and only spoke Spanish. Which was funny to me, because when I happened to capture one in my documentary video, he immediately spoke perfect English saying "you can't record a person". He appeared to act as if he instantly became a civil rights lawyer. In summary, these, Quality Parking Service valet attendant's service was a master class act in incompetence, insensitivity, and illegality. If you enjoy parking chaos, ADA violations, and existential despair, come on down to the Cheesecake Factory located at 4142 Via Marina, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292 because this is the place for you. Otherwise, if you are an ADA protected citizen, steer clear--as I'd recommend avoiding this location like the plague!
