ParkSafe offered me a quote lower than others and wanted to ensure all questions and concerns I had regarding their services and process were addressed. Upon their teams arrival to my house for a party, they were organized, professional and arrived much earlier than the time of the event to set up. Their team was responsible, friendly and efficient in making a game plan for an area with tight parking. They were vocally asking for tips from the guests around me and were showing attitude even though they were prepaid a large lump sum of money to cover tips (I was part of the event organizers that arranged the prepaid lump sum to the crew) On to the crazy part: One of the guests was leaving and as he was pulling out, Jose, one of the valets, acted like he was hit and pinned between the cars. But look at my attached video and pictures and make your own judgement if that's truly what happened! The whole family business went into a faux panic and called emergency and police to demand insurance from the guest and proceeded to open an insurance claim against him! The security guard, also part of their company, claimed he witnessed everything when he was never there during the embarrassing event! Unfortunately their outlandish behavior left a very negative effect on the attendees of the event. They are actually dangerous and a harm to your guests and event you organize! Not to mention they pulled out my car and parked it in a handicap spot before I ever called for it. Note: Yelp removed my review once "because it wasn't clear that your review described your firsthand experience as a customer of the business." To make it clear, this happened to me while they had ownership of my car, I was a customer. Plus, I was also part of the event organization, I dealt with them directly.

So needless to say, I had no choice on the matter for which valet company I wanted to use, so I was stuck. They were quick to respond to my original inquiry about booking, my contract stated payment would be charged two weeks prior to event date. They charged my card early even when I put it in writing in my email, that I wanted a copy of the remaining balance BEFORE charging our credit card. Within seconds of me sending that email for our final guest count plus my written statement (which was about three weeks to my event), i received a receipt for the payment. They tried to lie and tell me that it states in our contract that payment is due a month prior to event. I have a WET signature document that shows final payment is due TWO WEEKS prior to event. They said they changed their policy. I preceded to tell them that I didn't care considering that's not the agreement I signed and for them to reread their own documents. Not a single apology from them except, "Oh, we must not have changed it on your document before signing. All of our customers don't have an issue paying early." I don't really care about your other customers, nor was the money an issue, it's the fact that you breached your own contract without getting your customers final approval on the balance due when the contract was a working contract. That being said, no one complained about their service at my wedding, so I can't deny that they might at least have good employees, but the management side could use some work.
