I called in very stressed out I was hit in an accident and my car was really bad. I didn't know what to do and Howard walk me through the process of getting my car to the shop he did everything for me.He was so nice called the insurance for me and got me a rental. He even offer me and seat and some water and re insured me everything will be ok that they were there for me and my car would be fixed in no time! The fact that he did that I was really appreciative he actually cared! When I came back to get my car there was a nice women named Alice she was kind and let me know that the car was fixed and it looked like nothing ever happened. They did a GREAT JOB! We took our 2001 Mustang GT convertible to get an electrical problem taken care of which in the end wasn't possible to fix. Danny, whom was the person that was helping us throughout tried but because of the age of the car it was impossible to find a part on a timely manner. The electrical issue does not prevent the car from running so we decided to leave it as is. Though we were not happy with this, Danny was very professional and addressed all our concerns to our satisfaction. I found the Garage on Yelp and decided to call them. I called the Garage around 11:30am and to my surprise they were ready and available to take my car in for an oil change. I know it's just an oil change but, usually, I get a No when I call other shops mid day. Matt was very nice and gave me a quote over the phone right away. The car was dropped off around 1 and was ready by 4. I received very good customer service and a free inspection on my BMW 325i. I am giving them 5 stars because of the excellent customer service and the price for a full synthetic oil change. Best price in town! I will definitely bring my car for future oil changes. I made an appointment and then found out that they opened a location in Burlingame. I've been going to the Garage SF for ten years and the Garage Burlingame upholds the same standard of excellence. I can rely on them for good advice and work at a fair price (for this recent job, $500 - $1000 less than neighborhood shops were quoting), and the trust that has been established over time is incredibly valuable. Always pleasant service. The folks here are upfront about their pricing, and are honest about how the repair should be made or what service should be performed, even if it means less money for them. They have also gone farther and given me honest professional opinions about what cosmetic repairs are not worth the expense (I drive a 14 year old Mazda with 72000 miles on it...it has a few dings!). We recently took our Toyota Venza to The Garage for the 60,000 mile service. Not only were the dealers in the area overpriced, after reading reviews for The Garage we were impressed and wanted to give them a try. We had also received a flyer in the mail. About a month or so before taking the car in, I called to ask for a quote. Howard was very helpful and sent the quote to me via email shortly after our phone call. It helped to see what was included in the cost of the service. When we were ready for the service, I called to check availability and was told I could drop off the car early the next day and leave the key in the lockbox, which was convenient for me on the way to work. The service was completed by the time I requested and we were charged what we were quoted because there was no other issues found. The overall process was easy and drama free. We will definitely be telling our family and friends about the garage and will be back for our future vehicle needs. read more
