Visited first time last Saturday night for a live band . Band was great! Very busy place that night only 2/3 bar tenders , could have used couple more for that crowd but they were very attentive and did good job keeping up with the demanding crowd. Drinks were proportional to cup sizes and well blended. I did not order any food so I can not comment on that subject. Played some pool ( warning 2 tables suggest playing ring on a string game while you wait) and yes it can be done!!! Did it:) Good times! read more

This is a cool dive bar in downtown Mobile. I like the atmosphere and the pool table back area of the bar. It does get so crowded though its hard to enjoy yourself sometimes. The music is always a wide selection and something for everyone to enjoy. The last time I went with some girlfriends and the guy crowd was a little creepy. We love the garage and come here all the time since we moved to the area! Great smoky local dive bar that has all the essentials, great people, great atmosphere, and great drinks. This is my favorite dive bar in town. Stoney, Avril, and Morgan are always friendly and fast to liven up the mood. Usually a pretty friendly crowd. Also I once got to see Stoney yell at a college student for taking off his shirt. The kid looked like a deer caught in headlights. Bonus. Check out karaoke night. read more
