    Trivia

Came on a Thursday. Trivia starts at 7. We ordered turkey club with mac n cheese and michelob ultra cans wasn't cold. So we got natural light draft. Trivia is really hard but we still had fun. Food and service was great!

We had some business to attend to in Walhalla, so we looked for a place in town for lunch. We chose the Garage and were pleased with the food, ambiance and friendliness of the owner and patrons. The music playing was just our jam too! The only thing that I would suggest is that there should probably be a big sign outside the entrance that says that this establishment is a CASH ONLY business. In this day and age very few people are walking around with $50 bucks in their pocket and have become dependent on using credit cards.

Locally owned by some of the most friendly people in town! They host bingo, trivia, karaoke, singing bartenders, something literally every evening. Not to mention their food is top notch, i've had just about everything on the menu and have never been disappointed. Everything is full of flavor and my favorite is definitely their burger. Im not the biggest beer girl, but i do love ciders and they have plenty of options. They allow you to taste as many as you need to find something you would like!

Burger was absolutely perfect. Service was fast and courteous. Perfect stop after hiking.

Fabulous food. Every item is made in-house. Beware: they don't take credit cards. Bring cash.

Outside seating. Ordering a bit chaotic. Food is hearty and ok. This is no gastric but is a solid bet especially sitting outside

Stumbled upon this place on the way home after a day on the lake. Food and service were both fantastic. Highly recommended!

I'm not a bourbon drinker but after one sip of my husband's Old Fashion I ordered my own it was that good. The one thing I did not care for was their lump crab and Gouda cheese dip. On top of the crowd noise, they had live entertainment which just amplified the cacophony. We ordered drinks which were brought after 15 minutes. We also ordered edamame to enjoy with our drinks. The edamame didn't arrive for 45 minutes so we had to leave & asked to get the edamame to go. That process took another 20 minutes. Over an hour to get an order of edamame?!!! OMG. Worst of all the server wasn't even concerned & failed to check on us. The entire staff seemed to ambivalent about customer service. While waiting for my now to go order, I asked to speak to a manager (no show) . I finally gave up & left when the edamame finally arrived. Horrible experience. We will never return. I'll be shocked if this restaurant is still open by Labor Day Never been treated worse! I'm only giving 1 star because the app won't let me give 0.

It had a bacon jam which complemented the cheese, all while not detracting from the delicious beef. My table mate had the beef short ribs; tender, rich, and a good portion size. The potato salad side was tasty enough to make me wish for a larger scoop. Our two cocktails were top-shelf quality, although the Old Fashioned's cherry was an obliterated mush. The lacking star is due to the noise level once the live music kicked in. The inside seating is already a loud echo chamber of hard surfaces, but adding the near ear-splitting band out in the tent made all conversation impossible. I saw several tent tables clear out when the music started. I like live music, and the band was good. But half the decibels would have been more than enough. I think my ears are still ringing two days later. Service was good as our waitress barely kept up with the dinner crowd surge and a new and uncooperative POS system. Hopefully that will fall in line and give the staff a break! Looking forward to future offerings from their talented chef. Will definitely visit next time I'm in the area.

That was ok for me because there was live music, college football, and bar to keep me entertained. When we were seated, we ordered the Bavarian pretzels, nachos, and drinks. I loved the sweet tea bourbon. Unfortunately they were out of their famous burgers when we visited so I had the brisket dog and it was so tasty. Definitely will be back for the burgers.

This is a sandwich and salad lunch place, and there were several plausible options for vegetarians and vegans. My order came with a side and I added a cookie. Ice cups were out for a self-serve collection of tea (sweet or unsweet), lemonade, and water at no extra charge. My mushroom-heavy toasted sandwich delivered on flavor, with a rosemary olive oil bread contrasting the massive amount of mushrooms and a zippy romesco inside. For a side, I received a garlicky hummus with pita. My cookie was a slightly odd texture, but it did round out the experience and keep me full for an outdoor day. It was quick, easy, had options for most diets, was a nice place to eat, and on top of that I got out for a price I couldn't believe. To be fair, if I weren't in middle of nowhere South Carolina I'm sure there's no way I get that meal for under $20 at current rates, but I had no problem stopping here on the way to the mountains, and I doubt there was any better lunch option for a long way in any direction.
