Jocelyn and Damion in the office were polite and helpful as well. The team that installed our landscaping seemed to take pride in their work and did a great job. They also cleaned up the yard after the job was done. Sanctuary Gardens prices were reasonable, and they allowed us to visit their nursery to select the specific trees for our yard. They installed a timer with a bubbler watering hose so we wouldn't have to water the trees every day. So nice! We would recommend Sanctuary Gardens to anyone who wants have quality landscaping done at a reasonable price.

I am giving Sanctuary Gardens one star only because zero stars is not an option…read more Sanctuary Gardens designed and installed landscaping around my pool and hardscape area. We did not request the specific plant species or placement. We relied on Sanctuary Gardens as the landscape professionals to select appropriate plants and locations. They selected and installed large bird of paradise plants extremely close to my pool deck, pavers, coping, lighting, and related hardscape. The plants were installed only approximately 17 months ago, and the problems began approximately 13 months after installation. These are not root issues that developed over many years. The roots lifted and distorted pavers, created uneven walking surfaces and potential trip hazards, and became entangled with my landscape-lighting wiring. I am also concerned about potential future damage to pool-related plumbing, electrical components, coping, and below-grade infrastructure. I made repeated efforts to have Sanctuary Gardens address the problem, including warranty-related requests, insurance-related communications, and formal communications through legal counsel under Florida's Chapter 558 construction defect process. In my experience, Sanctuary Gardens has ignored the communications, denied responsibility, failed to resolve the issue, and failed to provide requested information through the formal process. They seem to have an excuse for why every issue is supposedly not covered. Based on my experience, I would NEVER recommend Sanctuary Gardens. Homeowners should proceed with extreme caution, especially for landscaping near pools, pavers, coping, lighting, plumbing, electrical systems, or hardscape.

Castle carries a wide selection of slabs of different material, some common and many unique. We were tempted by a much more expensive piece but were advised it wasnt the right material for our application. Our job wouldnt likely be a significant profit generator for Castle, which was known from the start, but we were handled with care and appreciation. That goes a long way with me especially living in South Florida where I find this uncommon. 3) At no point did I feel uncertain of pricing, timelines, etc. communication is very important to me as someone who needs details. Ray the owner was in regular communication on when the fabricator would be out to measure and template, followed by install then checking in to ensure we are happy. Working with Xquisite Events was one of the most incredible experiences of the entire wedding journey. Jon and Yani are not just designers--they are artists, visionaries, and storytellers. Their creativity is unmatched, but what sets them apart even more is the passion and love they pour into their work. They didn't simply design our event; they internalized it. They cared as deeply as if it were their own family's celebration. Every meeting, every conversation, every walkthrough--they were present, thoughtful, and deeply invested. There were some challenges on the wedding day that the team at Xquisite had to manage, and did so with ease and a great attitude. For example, they had to move large floral trees from the ceremony to the reception site in a very short window of time. Due to their organization and preparedness, they accomplished this difficult task flawlessly. After the wedding was over, we couldn't help but reflect on the weekend and feel that Jon and team over delivered on our expectations.
