We wanted to do some landscaping and artificial turf in our backyard and Jose and team did such a professional job. I'm sure Jose is good, but without even exploring our project he told me he was "unable to service" our project because he "was booked for this time". And that was a week after I had initially contacted him. I didn't even request a specific "time", just a consultation. If he was too busy to even consider our project at this time he could have said something like, "I'd love to help you but we're really busy right now and won't be able to help", I think that would have been better. read more

My poor lemon tree hadn't been trimmed in a long time, and I am trying to keep the landscaping up as much as possible, so I turned my attention to the imperfect lemons. I sought out three quotes from Yelp, and the one thing I've learned about business names is still right if there's a "cheap" "low cost" or "inexpensive" in the business name, they're anything BUT. (I had to get this in here because one quote was for $2500 for one lemon tree). At any rate, this contractor not only had a reasonable price (one was a little cheaper), but he was professional, easy to communicate with, and so polite. We agreed on a price, and the appointment was made. He arrived a little early, very pleasant. He got out his tools and proceeded to save my tree. It took him two and a half hours because it had been so neglected, and he didn't balk at the price he quoted. Didn't even mention it. He also blew out the entire front of the property to make sure he left it spotless. I paid him through Venmo, (super convenient, and I added the processing fee and a tip), and he was done. Call him. Jose contacted me within the day, actually he picked up the phone when I called, and came the following day to give me an estimate for a large drip irrigation system. He said he was busy but could get it done within a few days. The estimate was reasonable and sure enough in four days job fully done. The work was superb and he and his employee took so much care to ensure it met high standards which it did. I then had some issues on my end with the wifi timer and he not only responded to me immediately after the left the job, and tried to assist me, but he offered to replace it if needed.
