Coming off and on here for several years. Past few times I've been here the pizza hasn't been very good & prices skyrocketed. It's sad really cause this place use to be a great goto place. Even worse than the pizza is the absolute terrible & pathetic customer service. No one helps you, no one wants to take ur order, and they don't give plates or silverware. Guilty as charged. When I'm hungry...OK, I'll admit it, even hangry at times...I miss out on some photo ops. Makes me sad to not get the beautiful presentation of the food. Such was the case here. Honestly, son and I had lunch here as a "Plan B" because our selected restaurant was closed for dine-in. I had mixed feelings about the Garlic Knot Express location near us that has been closed for years now. But our lunch here was fantastic! Though it's casual with ordering at the front before sitting down, it was a great dining experience for us. From ordering to being served and checked in on, we had absolutely no complaints. I was very critical of this pizza joint many years ago. The pizza was inconsistent and very greasy. I ignored them for years even though they are just a few minutes from my house. But this past month I've tried them twice, and wow, what a difference! They are so much better than what I remember. Their pizza is no longer greasy, and instead has a fresh, wonderful flavor that is far superior to their former offering. And it seems they have a much greater selection of pies. Ordering was easy and the delivery was great. The driver apologized for the delay, but the pizza was hot and wonderful. I am now an avid fan of Garlic Knot! read more

I've been going to this location for a long time now. This weekend we had to put in a huge order last minute. They weren't only accommodating, they were happy to do it! When you don't wanna cook and you're wife is horrible in the kitchen - it's time for some delish take-out from the G-Knot. You can't go wrong with the meatball sub and the kids love the baked ziti....and oh the dressing on the Greek salad is dreamy. Affordable - tasty - and quick! Love me some Garlic Knot! Stopped in for lunch... _very_ casual. Order at the counter and then grab a seat & they'll bring your food to you. Friendly enough staff, and the food was surprisingly good. Kept my tab open so I could order another beer if I needed to. (I ultimately did.) I'm not in this part of town often, but would stop in again. read more

This is a chain, but you wouldn't know it. The Garlic Knots on Colorado Blvd is quite good and has really good service. It was a great place to take clients for a quick lunch, and they always left happy. We did not have the same experience at this location. It seemed disorganized and the pizza wasn't as good (wtf?). The staff seems perennially unprepared for multiple customers walking in the door. Finding a clean table and then tracking down your food can be an experience. Perhaps we'll try this location again once it's focused on customer service like the other locations. I can get crappy pizza served with an attitude anywhere. read more

The food used to be amazing. Tonight however it was not. Pizza looked horrible, cheese looked microwaved on both pizzas I got. Flavor was not good at all. Huge waste of money tonight. I never write reviews but felt the need to warn others before dining in here.. The pie we ordered tasted and looked like a Chuck E Cheese pizza, but we were pretty hungry so we ate. Half way through our meal an employee started mopping the dining room floor right near where we were eating.. the smell of the intense chemicals made us lose our appetite and couldn't believe they were getting ready to close at 8:30pm when their website said they closed at 10pm. We thought we had time to enjoy our meal but clearly not. Since we couldn't stand to eat there any longer, I kindly asked the waitress if we could have our check and asked what time they closed because we could be the rude customers dining until last minute. Our waitress said they closed at 9pm. Online it shows they close at 10pm. Either way we needed to get out of there ASAP because of the horrible smell AND clearly the staff were ready to go as they didn't mind mopping during our meal! After we pay, the waitress hands the tip portion to us and proceeds to stand here while we sign and says, "I'll just stand here and grab the tab when you're done because I really need to get out of here". We left 2 mins later and they still had 20 mins before close. Very disappointed and will never return. Not even at another location. read more

Just don't do it. What could be better than White Pizza, buffalo wings and garlic knots? Nothing, but make sure you get it ANYWHERE BUT this place. The ricotta was not melted, was super spongy and tasted just terrible on the cardboard crust pizza. The chicken had been so over cooked on the wings that it was stiff and crunchy and seemed like it had just been tossed into some sauce. And, even the buffalo sauce was terrible, it was runny and tasted bad, not spicy, but bad. The garlic knots tasted good with the marinara dipping sauce, but smelled horrific. They didn't smell garlicy, they smelled kind of burnt, which they weren't, so beats me where the smell (that has not left my living room) came from. So, just say NO to the Garlic Knot. read more

This place reminds me of my high school pizza hangout. The pizza is really good and the service staff is really friendly. There are lots of people dining here on a friday evening. Mostly families and patrons of the karate school next door. I had dinner here with my wife and we ordered a medium peperoni, sausage and mushroom pizza. The sausage was a bit crumbly, but this did not take away from the deliciousness of the pizza. I wasnt a super fan of the garlic knots, but just because they were TOO garlicky...they definelty are not advertising incorrectly. I have to give extra KUDOS to the staff for going the "extra mile". I left my iPhone in the dining area and didnt realize it until i got home. They called my wife and left her a message, letting us know that the location of my phone. Thanks!!!!!! read more

We got The Mott on a white pizza. It was bland overall. The white pizza tasted like it had ricotta cheese on it and no Alfredo, which is what I typically expect for a white pizza. The chicken on it was also fried not grilled, which was also unexpected. The garlic knots were also bland. The best part was getting soft serve ice cream at the end for a dollar. read more

We LOVE the Garlic Knot! Always quick delivery, our food is always hot and delicious and we have never had a mix up on our order or had to wait longer than we were told! Garlic Knot used to be a pizza that I would tell everyone about. Over the last year I have noticed a serious decline in the quality of their pizza. Keep in mind that I have worked retail for over 20 years. I POLITELY complained to the woman on the phone, and apparently she/(the rest of the staff) took it as a pass to fix the problem to the other extreme. For example, if someone complains about the "extra cheese" barely covering the surface of the dough, then that person gets a practical-joke amount of cheese. What is considered a normal amount of cheese?...no cheese? This is just the tip of the iceberg. read more

My wife received a groupon from work for this place so we went. The pizza came out and instead of putting onions on one side they put it on all the pizza. We had the student waitress take it back and as if we couldn't hear the snotty little girl she explained out loud to the cook that we never ordered it with onions on half. FYI, my wife is allergic to onions so I doubt we would forget. After our meal we gave the groupon coupon to the snotty waitress. She asked us to hold on taking it to the 'manager'. We were told that the coupon wasn't valid. What??? I brought this up in an email with the owner later on and he told us to come back and he would honer the goupon... thanks. We never tried to come back since we ordered a delivery from them the week after and the pizza was wrong again. 2 stars for ok pizza 0 stars for crappy service. Dear Management; In this economy you can hire good wait staff for cheap instead of High School snotty 'valley girl' types. read more

I've eaten at this Garlic Knot several times, but this last time was the worst. My slice of pizza was 'OK', but my garlic knots (the whole reason I went there) were served to me barely warm and hard. Not only were they not fresh, they didn't even seem like they had been made that day! When I brought my concern to the manager on duty, she offered to 'reheat them'. Thirty seconds later they were returned to me, only lightly warmer and just as hard with no offer to remake them. I will not be returning. And as with other posters, my observation was of many teenage employees with little interest in being there. And the place smells like bathroom refresher. Sorry, just telling it like it is. Carry out might be a whole different experience. read more

Definitely the best pizza around littleton, and the pasta dishes are pretty bomb too. I just wanted to give a great review because i recently placed a delivery order and when a pizza with the wrong toppings got misplaced for mine they were quick to apologize and remade my pizza so it was fresh, even though they had already made it and just got it mixed up, they even offered me the slightly older pizza. It can be awkward getting the wrong order and definitely stressful for the people making the food but they were just friendly about it and I got a delicious pizza in the end! read more

I've been to this place several times & I always liked it. First off, you'll never get NYC pizza in CO, so don't even think about it. What makes NYC pizza so great is the water from the Catskills they use to make the dough. In any case, the pizza here will satisfy. Not too greasy & not too floppy. Has a nice thin crust. The meatball sandwich is for sure my favorite, good sauce & nicely toasted bread. One thing I don't like about this place is their garlic knots. Where is the garlic? Is just tastes like a toasted knot w/ butter..or sometime some sort of weak garlic powder. To me, if I don't see chunks or minced REAL garlic on it... then it ain't a knot. The service is hit or miss. Sometimes friendly & fast... sometimes slow and too busy talking to themselves topics other than work related issues. read more

You looking for a place to eat Garlic Knots the place to go. Do you like pizza? First the food the pizza it's hot right out of the oven the cheese is gooey, oily and the pizza is scrumptious. You must try the knots I get a ten order every time. The knots are seasoned perfect not too spicy not to sweet. Second, when you walk through the door they great you. While you are eating they come every 10-12 minutes to see if you need anything. The atmosphere is quit, calm and soothing. So if you want pizza or knots go to Garlic Knot. A good NY-style pizza place. I moved from Binghamton, NY, and thin-crust like theirs is my favorite. The knots are decent, the pizza very good and they make very good stromboli as well as stuffed pizza slices that are to die for because their reheat in the oven leaves both crusts with the perfect texture. read more

We are staying in the Towneplace Suites and had an order delivered. This was our first time trying this restaurant and everything was delicious. It was already busy with many people inside and the outdoor patio tables had a little bit of a wait. The bar seating also was pretty full. Lively atmosphere overall. Our server was friendly and attentive. She made sure to check in on us after every course was delivered. We ordered a couple items off the happy hour menu - pizza, oysters from Virginia and toasted ravioli. I was surprised only 4 pieces of ravioli came for $7. I guess that's a fair price but not a great deal for happy hour. Oysters were nice and fresh. Pizza was just okay. The tuna crudo was a little heavy on the balsamic sauce. I usually like a lighter flavor but the jalapeños were fresh and spicy. Overall, I probably wouldn't order these items again but I'm glad I tried them and wished I had seen pictures beforehand. I had a glass of the house Albariño white wine which was delicious. It was a nice pour but just okay value for $9 happy hour. Next time I don't think I'd hurry here for their happy hour but I still would come during regular hours. The lasagna bolognese is one of my favorites but I do notice smaller portions and the garlic bread accompanying it. I get the pressure that restaurants are facing but i still appreciate they provide an overall good dining experience and will still support them by returning!

Not too salty, well proportioned and you can see these guys paid aattention to details when making them. So far I have tried their cheese, pepperoni, combo and also bbq chicken gluten-free. The gluten-free pizza was left over that I have tried. This dough was amazing. I wouldn't mind driving to their location just to try more of this. I think its rice based with my limited knowledge but the dough is chewy like rice cake and the BBQ flavor was awesome. Stromboli looks very good too!
