The server was very friendly and we started with soft drinks and an order of mozarella fritti, which is fried mozarella served with their homemade marinara sauce. It was fried to perfection, hot and delicious. The entrees come with soup or salad and bread. The salad was nice and fresh and perfect before pasta. I chose Romano's Triple Treat, which comes with eggplant parmigiana, chesse ravioli and pasta. It comes with meatball, sausage or mushrooms. As it is served with two I chose one meatball and one sausage. It is a very large portion so a lot was taken home. Everything was cooked well and I had the homemade spaghetti for my pasta. Somewhat basic sauce, but it is done well. Next time, I will order their signature pasta dish. Apparently it's a homemade family recipe. Last, but not least, dessert. We got tiramisu and panna cotta. The tiramisu was not our favorite. Out of dozens of tiramisu in denver, we only liked 1. And this was not it. But I would say this is above average for denver. Lady fingers were not soaked enough, the cream felt a bit stiff, and i just wanted I to be a bit more of a gooey mess. The panna cotta was excellent.
