I requested a full set with design and nude acrylic. Not only did the technician rush through this process, I ended up with crooked nail installation, bumpy acrylic lay, and subpar replica of the requested design. I paid $80 + a tip (I try to tip regardless). I don't even live in Estero; I drive out of my way because I typically have a good experience here. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! She mumbled Spanish a lot during my time with the other technician. After I had tried to ask for an iridescent sparkle and she kept grabbing gold polish. Iridescent in Spanish is the same in English, so acting like she didn't understand was the opitome of her poor attitude. I even showed her a sample of what I already had done on my toes. The Asian lady took one look and grabbed the ideal polish. It just was annoying because it all left me feeling icky. I shouldn't have to feel abused when going for a nail treat. It matters how you're treated!!!
