I ordered flowers for my friends birthday and left explicit instructions on their voicemail the night before that the arrangement had to be delivered before 2:30 because she was leaving the house. We found out at 9:00 pm that the arrangement was left on her front porch. some of the flowers were wilted because they had been sitting in the sun for over 4 hours. I left another message on their voicemail stating that I would like a 50% refund since it was delivered after 2:30. I received a call back a few minutes ago and the owner was shouting at me and telling me that were not going to do anything. He told me , "we dont deliver flowers at a certain time" So instead they leave the arrangement in clear view on the porch for anyone to take. He argued that the flowers were not wilted. Really? was he there at 9:00 pm when my friend arrived. He told me that I was being ridiculous an threatening and not to ever call back. I defended myself with a few choice words and hung up. The was my first and last time ordering from them. What a horrible experience. I dont understand how someone can remain in business, first of by NEVER EVER answering the phone and then not listening to voicemail messages that specifically say not to deliver after a certain time. As some of the other reviews said, the owner did not wear a mask. The reviews stating that she was unfriendly/unkind, and in my opinion were completely untrue. She was very helpful and kind during our visit. One other thing to note, I did struggle to understand the pricing of their products (the vinyl prices were visible but the blank pricing was not posted). They were eager to assist when I asked questions. My visit to Crafter's Warehouse Superstore was a good experience and I will definitely return soon.

We engaged 3 contractors to receive a bid. Sembro's took the longest to receive but for good reason. Theirs was the only one that included 3D designs. It was also helpful that they had a show room to see products in person. Paul was great to work with. Construction started and ended relatively on time. Near the end of the project we nitpicked several items we wanted addressed before officially closing the project which they took action on fast. Absolutely no problems in getting them to come over and address any issues or concerns. Very happy with all the work that was completed and would not hesitate to hire again. Only gripe I would have is how they handled the referrals we passed along to them. One project they closed on and completed a kitchen remodel. We never received a "thanks" or acknowledgment of the added business we provided them. We also passed them onto another friend to provide a quote and they ended up being ghosted. Really odd.
