I offer to talk her in, explaining calmly that we are at the front door. She sighs, and said she "Would try to find us once, otherwise, no clean." which seemed very drastic and rude. She finds the front of the building, I let the crew of 3 in through my patio door. She then IMMEDIATELY calls her "boss" for three minutes, and then informs me she cannot clean my apartment, and to call her boss for an explanation. When I called, the gentleman I spoke to was apologetic and reasonable, but informed me the cleaners retain the right to refuse service if they think the area is too dirty to clean properly. Understandable, but in my case, absurd. The cleaner didn't even look around, and there is no way my apartment met some "uncleanable" threshold. It's pretty clear from the initial message, this cleaner didn't want to work today and found an excuse not to. I was both unhappy with and insulted by my experience with these cleaners, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.
