    Jacuzzi in room! "Suite"
    Erica B.

What a gem! Quaint, pleasant and just plain cozy. We booked a room through booking.com under the impression we had a room with a jacuzzi and fireplace only to arrive and find out those were "suites" and we had a standard king bed room. Was still very clean and comfortable. The mistake was not the fault of the inn and I didn't hold it against them however my boyfriend inquired at the front desk and we were able to upgrade for only $10 more!! Never hurts to ask!! Cutest room ever with jacuzzi and fireplace right in the room!!! Location is great close to North Conway town center and national state forest area. Honestly loved every second of staying here. Housekeepers were super friendly and front desk staff very helpful and informative. Ice maker and vending machines but no breakfast. The pool is heated but was still too cold for us in September! Will stay here again for sure.

We love to ski Attitash and Wildcat, but we hate the game of trying to find dependable, nice lodging on short notice.

Our room was stunning. My fiancé pre planned and had rose petals, candles, and champagne all set up by the staff for us. (Additional charge). There was a hot tub for two, a shower for two, and a nice additional seating area. In the morning there was fresh orange juice, coffee, and homemade options such as muffins and pastries. There were also some yogurt, fruit, and granola. Saturday night there was a complimentary cheese and wine night! They offered a mixed variety of cheeses, meats, and crackers. They also had two wine options, and a non alcoholic bubbly option. There was a huge almost pool sized hot tub, which could easily fit 16-20 people. They keep the water at a mild temperature, so that all can enjoy. On site, there was also an enormous work out room and an infrared sauna. There were quite a few amenities in the work out room - including a putting mat, a golf swing machine, a full body massage chair, a foot massager, and countless other options. We would recommended this place to any and everyone. The famous mulled cider candles are available for 21$ to purchase, we got a few. Having gone to the North Conway area for 10+ years - I can comfortably say that this place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back.

The Inn allows us to have a feeling of "settling" in for the weekend. The rooms are cozy and large enough to move around easily. The rooms are decorated in a way that brings you back in time for a bit. There is a small area with refrigerator, coffee or tea, ice & microwave as we are able to eat our meals/snacks there without going out if we choose to not leave the Inn. Glassware is provided for your wine, making cocktails etc. So easy! Having breakfast included is a wonderful start to our day & is very much appreciated as the views are relaxing & in the older style rooms makes it for a fun morning. Inn Keeper & owners have been very accommodating for anything we may need and always up for a little chat if you wish. They are obviously proud of the Inn. The large sitting room off the lobby entrance is my favorite for an afternoon fire, reading & a drink. Decorated very nicely & cozy. We encourage anyone to try this Inn if your looking for a personal touch and what you may want or need is definitely attended to. They make you feel like it's your home while you stay there.

I like being left alone lol however, the room was freezing, even with the fireplace and electric heater. Windows are so drafty we used the sills as refrigeration for our water bottles! Bed is comfy. Breakfasts were good but what's with NH coffee? Every place I had coffee, it was terrible. I'm a coffee snob I guess. It's a cute place, needs some upgrading as it's a little outdated. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

I came here with my Husband before we had kids and was expecting myself to have to eat in the room to keep my feral kids out of the way of the guests, but that could not have been further from the truth! Stayed at the Omni with my three kids, 5 and under, and in laws for a few nights and had an incredible experience. As soon as we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly. Nick gave our kids a very warm welcome and handed them all super nice kids welcome bags. He was also the last person we saw when we left and he did a great job, super friendly! The resort has plenty of outdoor areas for the kids to run around and get some energy out. The indoor pool was perfect for kids. Only went up to 4 ft and there was a 1.5 ft wading area for the babies. There is a toy store on site in case you want to get the kids something. Of course the arcade was a huge hit for our kids. All of our meals were wonderful. We had the best servers. Elena, Peter, Dilek were awesome. Elena made us feel so special and treated me and my mother in law so well! Adam was super helpful and always hustlin around the covered porch area. After the kids were asleep we were able to sneak out to the Conservatory bar (beautiful views of the mountains) and Ben made delicious drinks. Overall we loved it, highly recommend for families, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Omni team!

The outside when weather is this nice is really good, ample porch seating and exterior reception areas. The food imo is ok. The first meal was a "simple" BLT with really soft and kind of fatty bacon. The soda was also flat. Summer staff return and gearing for the season might lend to this. The exterior temps were hot one day and the lobbies and hallways were just plain hot, too. My room AC ran nonstop and failed to break 74 in the room. The suite was nice if not outdated a bit with carpeted floors that likely met the style of an old hotel but felt old. The Cave bar is a must. Omni is showing signs of reparation on this hotel which shows the grandeur of its day, great molding and architectural accents, but also fighting termite damage, actual termites and bees, one of us was stung in the dining room, inside. The staff is seasonal, with that some younger folks learning the system and very friendly while others, like bellhops seeming disinterested. It's wrapped as looking luxury but with practical gaps in execution.

I'll go back for the cocktail alone and count the views as an extra. Also, make the gondola $10 to hit the bar, you'll get a ton more patrons. Just an idea... Cheers!

I was there on a vacation week, on a near blue-bird day, and had no trouble getting a seat at the bar. The Grilled Cheese Sandwich was SPECTACULAR. It was a buttered, grilled, fresh baguette with perfectly gooey cheddar and American cheese. The tomato soup dip was delicious and not from a can (it certainly was not the one made famous by Andy Warhol). This was an elevated grilled cheese sandwich to which all others would be compared. I want to give the Chef a big thumbs up. Rosewood also has a good selection of craft beer on tap and in bottles. It was a great lunch. Also, big props to Robert at the bar, who expertly handled the growing thirsty ski crowd. Robert was efficient, friendly, fun, and funny. I am looking forward to seeing him again for another grilled Cheese sandwich.
