Stay annually and have noticed changes. Where are the moose sculptures? Where are the shower soap/conditioner dispensers? Where are the cable channels? Utv vehicles need exhaust work. Where is the wifi password located?? I think attitash mtn village is financially hurting?? Mattie Bs was closed for my entire visit so no local food. I enjoy the close location to the saco and the AC in the condos is ice cold. This place was better in years past though!

For price, value and staff, 5 stars for this class of stay, condo resort, mid-range. Booked on hotels.com for 119 which was a deal. We opted for AMV for 3 days of skiing with the nieces and some winter R and R, great location with slopes directly across the street and pedestrian tunnel under the street for easy access. The photos are exactly like the condo we stayed in, J8. Kitchen was complete with everything for cooking and cleaning up including clean sponge, dish soap, dishwasher. Cable TV, a gas fireplace is also the main heater. Quiet and comfortable. A family friendly resort. I used the indoor pool everyday with warm water and air temperature, also the outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool. Best time to use is during the day as it became crowded at night. The second jacuzzi is outside at a different location which had a nice fire pit close by, lit by staff every night and chairs and a small lodge house for refuge from the cold. Although this was also crowded at night and opted out during these covid times. Restaurant Matty's is on the premises and we had lunch there, a nice surprise, reasonable and well prepared, tried the mahi mahi tacos grilled, they were pretty good, other diner had poutine which she liked. Lots of berverage choices. Reasonably priced. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great stay, would come back again. My suggestion make the check in time earlier than 4 pm, and check out later than 10. It is a shortened rental by many hours because of this.

We were visiting New Hampshire during the Fall of 2017 and stayed here. Initially we were little skeptical since they had cheap rooms compared to other nearby hotels. But we went ahead and booked a room for 2 nights. So glad that we did it. The village rooms are nice, very clean and had great amenities. It is surrounded by bful trees and was a perfect place to stay during fall season. Wish we had stayed for few more days. Staff at the front desk was super friendly and gave good tips for local sight seeing. Will definitely stay here during my next visit to NH.

We stayed to be close to hiking trails and Attitash rides. Unfortunately the alpine slides were closed due to maintenance, but that gave us more time to enjoy the huge outdoor pool. The base of Mt. Lincoln is also about a half an hour ride, which takes you along the beautifully scenic Bear Notch road and Kancamagus highway. Grand Summit offers comfortable and spacious rooms with balconies, fully equipped kitchens, multiple bathrooms, cable tv's, roomy living rooms and large dining areas. I came here with my Husband before we had kids and was expecting myself to have to eat in the room to keep my feral kids out of the way of the guests, but that could not have been further from the truth! Stayed at the Omni with my three kids, 5 and under, and in laws for a few nights and had an incredible experience. As soon as we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly. Nick gave our kids a very warm welcome and handed them all super nice kids welcome bags. He was also the last person we saw when we left and he did a great job, super friendly! The resort has plenty of outdoor areas for the kids to run around and get some energy out. The indoor pool was perfect for kids. Only went up to 4 ft and there was a 1.5 ft wading area for the babies. There is a toy store on site in case you want to get the kids something. Of course the arcade was a huge hit for our kids. All of our meals were wonderful. We had the best servers. Elena, Peter, Dilek were awesome. Elena made us feel so special and treated me and my mother in law so well! Adam was super helpful and always hustlin around the covered porch area. After the kids were asleep we were able to sneak out to the Conservatory bar (beautiful views of the mountains) and Ben made delicious drinks. Overall we loved it, highly recommend for families, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Omni team!

The outside when weather is this nice is really good, ample porch seating and exterior reception areas. The food imo is ok. The first meal was a "simple" BLT with really soft and kind of fatty bacon. The soda was also flat. Summer staff return and gearing for the season might lend to this. The exterior temps were hot one day and the lobbies and hallways were just plain hot, too. My room AC ran nonstop and failed to break 74 in the room. The suite was nice if not outdated a bit with carpeted floors that likely met the style of an old hotel but felt old. The Cave bar is a must. Omni is showing signs of reparation on this hotel which shows the grandeur of its day, great molding and architectural accents, but also fighting termite damage, actual termites and bees, one of us was stung in the dining room, inside. The staff is seasonal, with that some younger folks learning the system and very friendly while others, like bellhops seeming disinterested. It's wrapped as looking luxury but with practical gaps in execution.

Our room was stunning. My fiancé pre planned and had rose petals, candles, and champagne all set up by the staff for us. (Additional charge). There was a hot tub for two, a shower for two, and a nice additional seating area. In the morning there was fresh orange juice, coffee, and homemade options such as muffins and pastries. There were also some yogurt, fruit, and granola. Saturday night there was a complimentary cheese and wine night! They offered a mixed variety of cheeses, meats, and crackers. They also had two wine options, and a non alcoholic bubbly option. There was a huge almost pool sized hot tub, which could easily fit 16-20 people. They keep the water at a mild temperature, so that all can enjoy. On site, there was also an enormous work out room and an infrared sauna. There were quite a few amenities in the work out room - including a putting mat, a golf swing machine, a full body massage chair, a foot massager, and countless other options. We would recommended this place to any and everyone. The famous mulled cider candles are available for 21$ to purchase, we got a few.
