We have recently been staying at Attitash. We have select buildings we prefer. I love it here. So quiet! Darlene, Makayla and Sandy are so kind, and attentive. They go above and beyond. The prices for the summer are excessively overpriced. So, we will opt out during this time. However, we will be back when the prices go down a bit. Another aspect I like, is the way they assign a virtual assistant to each guest. They check on you throughout your entire stay. I feel valued and comfortable as a result. read more

Overall the property and staff were amazing. My only complaint was the air conditioner cycling on/off all night disrupting my sleep. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub felt amazing after a day spent hiking. The on-site restaurant was also very very good, enjoy. read more

We've been coming up here for years as timeshare owners. We love this area and the location of Attitash Mountain Village has always worked for us. First couple times we've come up it was always a good stay, not great but good. But as the years are going on it's hard to justify the cost vs what you get. Over the years the costs are going up but there is nothing to show. Rooms are falling down around you. Things breaking or are already broken and no efforts are being made to fix them. Everything is dingy, dirty, smells like mold, damp, dark and just overall gross. Lots of spider webs in our room, carpets were nasty and the ceramic tile floor was sticky. The furniture is old and dirty. I definitely recommend throwing a sheet on the couch before sitting on it. I don't want this to be all negative. There are reasons we like going there. The grounds are well maintained and pretty. The multiple kids parks are a big deal for my child. They do fun things like s'more/campfire nights. Close, scenic walk to the pretty river, pools always look clean and we like the restaurant on the grounds. It's not all terrible. Pretty much all our issues lie within the 4 walls of the room. I don't have high standards for hotel rooms, I can handle things not being perfect. I'm ok with an older unit, I'm not ok with complete and utter failure at maintaining the unit. read more

For price, value and staff, 5 stars for this class of stay, condo resort, mid-range. Booked on hotels.com for 119 which was a deal. We opted for AMV for 3 days of skiing with the nieces and some winter R and R, great location with slopes directly across the street and pedestrian tunnel under the street for easy access. The photos are exactly like the condo we stayed in, J8. Kitchen was complete with everything for cooking and cleaning up including clean sponge, dish soap, dishwasher. Cable TV, a gas fireplace is also the main heater. Quiet and comfortable. A family friendly resort. I used the indoor pool everyday with warm water and air temperature, also the outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool. Best time to use is during the day as it became crowded at night. The second jacuzzi is outside at a different location which had a nice fire pit close by, lit by staff every night and chairs and a small lodge house for refuge from the cold. Although this was also crowded at night and opted out during these covid times. Restaurant Matty's is on the premises and we had lunch there, a nice surprise, reasonable and well prepared, tried the mahi mahi tacos grilled, they were pretty good, other diner had poutine which she liked. Lots of berverage choices. Reasonably priced. Staff are helpful and friendly. A great stay, would come back again. My suggestion make the check in time earlier than 4 pm, and check out later than 10. It is a shortened rental by many hours because of this. read more

Here's my review of building 4, It's ok, less or more, We stayed in units H and G, I'd give it just less than a B, They sit across from the front doors, Which never earns my highest scores, You could call this place 3 stars, Much better than sleeping in your cars. The outdoor pool is nice and spacious, But certainly nothing ostentatious, It is dated, it is old, All the tubs have fuzzy mold, The deep cleans seem to be sporadic, The carpet sort of smelled like haddock. Spiders big and spiders small, spiders creeped along the wall, spiders jump and spiders pounce, The spiders suck blood by the ounce. The Saco River at the Outback, Is a lovely place to kickback, But if you hear the river splash, It might be a bear back from the trash. The location is really neat, Super great for winter athletes, 20 minutes out from Conway, It helps if you don't go the long way, Closer much to storyland, And Jackson village near at hand. I was very impressed with this place in and surprise to see the bad reviews. When we first time in there I will say it was hard to find our building. but the hotel room was nice of the studio it was very spacious for what it was. Bathroom is huge and had a big jacuzzi in it. there was a Murphy bed and a pull-out couch in both are pretty comfortable for what they are. It's in really good location around everything. the indoor pool is great especially since no one was really in it but it is a little far of a walk if you're in the middle of the village. And it's a little cool not heated. But the outdoor jacuzzi is amazing especially with the views of the mountains. I really like the fireplace in the room and I will be back again. It was a little strange there was no maid service but didn't really affect me. read more

Cute but not well maintained. Mold in the shower, counter utensils plates everything dirty. No comforter on the bed so we had to crank the heat also the room above us had the heat turned off so cold air was escaping into our room. Pillows were super flat and cases looked dirty. We stripped all the sheets so hopefully clean ones get put on. Walls are paper thin so we could hear everything the neighbors were doing. Spent an hour trying to figure out why the TV wasn't connecting to wifi so we could rent a movie. Good place for a budget trip, not your honeymoon read more

We were visiting New Hampshire during the Fall of 2017 and stayed here. Initially we were little skeptical since they had cheap rooms compared to other nearby hotels. But we went ahead and booked a room for 2 nights. So glad that we did it. The village rooms are nice, very clean and had great amenities. It is surrounded by bful trees and was a perfect place to stay during fall season. Wish we had stayed for few more days. I almost never give negative reviews, but... Cmon Attitash, you guys really dropped the ball here. I came up for an event in the area on Friday. Booked the room through Google Hotels a week before. Mountain ski resort! Lets splurge and get a nice room, enjoy the weekend, have some fun. What does $170/night in the off season get you? I ended up with an 'efficiency', which is what I was always led to believe is basically a very small condo. In that definition, they were right. There's a bathroom, a LR with a sorta kitchenette, and an upstairs loft. I started to get suspicious when I pulled up to the building and noted construction materials lying around, and a generally "oh, we're thinking of remodeling this place" look. The hallways and front doors were dark and poorly lit. Once I got into my 'room', I started noticing some interesting things. First, the sliding glass doors open directly onto the parking lot, with only blackout curtains. So either no light from there, or everyone sees you walking from the bathroom to bed. Lets talk about the bathroom a minute. It's miniscule. It's poorly lit. I turned on the fan when I got in, and within 5 seconds of rattling and banging, the breaker popped. Fortunately, I found the breaker and reset it, but apparently no fan. The bathroom has a 'sink' in it, but for some reason it was something like 2.5' high. It was like something from a small childs room. The mirror was a similar height (Note, this is NOT an accessible bathroom. The door was narrow and there was very little space). I'm 6'6", so there's really no comfortable way to use this sink. (Note, I've stayed in a LOT of hotels. I've never seen anything this teeny). The 'kitchenette' consisted of a dorm fridge, coffee machine, microwave, hotplate, and tiny sink. I wasn't planning on making any food, but I suppose I could have whipped something up. The coffee machine made the most vile substance in the morning, and there were only makings for one very weak cup. The hot water faucet made an ungodly sound when running. Glad I didn't have anyone with me. The kitchenette did provide dishes and glasses and flatware, so again, could have made something if I'd wanted to. The bedroom is a loft up a set of sort of scary wooden vaguely slippery steps. The only positive thing I can relate was the bed was comfortable. The bad news? The queen bed was situated in a way so there were no lights near it, no side tables, and no switches for the lights. To get in bed, you had to turn off the lights, make your way to the bed in the dark (or in my case using my cell phone), and put your phone and glasses on the floor next to the bed. Classy! There's generally shabby materials all over. The heater has several broken pieces on it, there's an unfinished / patched hole in the wall where a new electrical line was run. There's evidence of water damage around the baseboard. Most of the walls are bare save one print high up on the loft wall. One of the things I love doing when I stay in hotels is going in for a nice breakfast in the morning. NOPE! The restaurant doesn't open until 11am! Not even a continental breakfast, Only a Keurig machine in the lobby - which, to note, was 800' away, across the parking lot. The last bit was - there's no maid service. I found a lovely little pad of paper that has the "Your room was cleaned and prepared by _______" - but nothing on it. So no clean towels, bed linens changed, etc. Sorry! I can see this place being used in the winter by a bunch of college students coming up for skiing. The fold out couch could sleep 2-3, the upstairs bed could handle 2, and a sleeping bag or two would work. A family showing up with a lot of support gear, yeah that would work too. But if you're looking for a comfortable place to stay for a night or two, I recommend avoiding this place. read more

You do not have control over the type of room you'll get. A " 2bedroom" may be a bed and sofa bed in living room. Other bed options include a real second bed but bathroom on lower level to it or murphy bed from wall. Front desk people are polite, bureaucratic problem-solvers not creative problem-solvers. They consider moving to another room a solution: check - out 10 am & check- in 4pm, doubling work of washing dishes, carrying out garbage and packing. Property was in good repair and clean when I was there. However problems with my reservation not caused by me were unsolvable and cut our trip two days short. I may never stay in another RCI property because of Attitash Mountain Village. Too risky for valuable vacation time. read more

My family and I travel often and we have been enjoying some local travel in the White Mountains. We stayed here for a couple of days during the Thanksgiving break and although we were excited for our trip and our initial interaction, the trip took a huge turn. We had a huge issue with out hot tub restarting throughout the night. No one was able to help much during the night (we had three kids with us ages 1, 7, 5), and then no one even came to check on us the following morning. We didn't sleep the night before and then we got the run around for a late check out. The following morning I was told the manager would not be in until 2pm, so I spent 15 minutes writing a comment card per their suggestion explaining my concerns and requesting to be contacted. Hoping this could be resolved and we could try this again with our family. A week later still no response. I sent a email to the corporate email I could find online and received a response a day later from Mark explaining the issue with the tub but NEVER addressing the lack of customer service. I sent a follow-up again to Mark and that was over two weeks ago and I have still received no response, once again defining the complete lack of customer service my family and I continue to experience. Since I am failing to get adequate responses, I am going to write reviews. The sad part is, this could have been handled and managed so differently and could have been a story of high customer satisfaction. Unfortunately this will not be a local getaway place for our family. read more

I love staying here. There is so much to do while staying at Attitash that you could never get bored. They have a huge outdoor pool that stays open until 10pm with an outdoor attached jacuzzi as well as an indoor pool and jacuzzi. There is a fun game room with arcade games, pool table,air hockey and vending machines. Outside there are gazebos with grill's, tennis courts and a playground. I have seen 2 bears by a dumpster so be on the look out if your walking around at night. I love the location, close enough to everything but still pretty quiet. read more

I don't normally rant and rave however...., yesterday the wife and I drove to North Conway, NH with the kids. We wanted to walk around the arts and crafts fair and let the kids see the North Conway train etc as this was the last full day of our weekend getaway in the white mountains. As we were walking towards the train a man standing inside a 4 x 4 feet informational booth stopped us at approximately 1:30. He introduced himself as "Hugo" (very nice man) he was asking questions on where we were from, how many times do we visit North Conway etc... He explained that Northern slope and Attitash were having a promotion which consisted of selling timeshares However today was the last day! He stated that we would need to be there by 2 pm and by just attending this seminar (estimated at 60-90 mins) we would receive a complimentary 3 day 2 night stay for a future stay including $100.00 to compensate our time today. Feeling skeptical about it.. we packed the kids in the van and drove to Attitash which was approximately 15 mins away. When we arrived at the Hospitality center we were welcomed by two woman who took down our information. The woman stated that the gentleman who would be conducting the seminar would be right with us. 5 minutes later the gentleman came out of the office, introduced himself and explained that the presentation would take between 60-90 minutes and the kids would have to stay in the "Kids room" (which was the size of a large bathroom). The kids room consisted of toys, TV etc.. The gentleman was very nice and he explained how the Timeshare program worked including yearly fees etc this went on for nearly 1 hour 15 minutes. We were then asked to follow him into another office to use the computer to see how the "Points" program worked through RCI. This took approximately 20-25 minutes long (keep in mind our kids were in that room for approximately 1 hour 40 minutes). We then were directed to look at a condominium unit which took around 20 mins (the kids were allowed to view also). After the viewing we were instructed to come back into the office to go over the prices etc and that there was no obligation and pressure to purchase etc! The kids once again had to stay in the kids room which lasted another 15-20 mins long. The the gentleman got too pushy trying to sell me a timeshare valued at $9700.00 and stated that I needed to make that decision right now... Feeling pressured I stated that I needed time to review and time to think about it. The gentleman kept pushing the sale, offering another free weeks stay, waiving the fees for the timeshare, and offered a bottle of maple syrup. Again, I explained I was being pressured to buy something I would like to take sometime to think about etc! The gentleman then took a $100.00 bill and threw it in front of me and stated "Here, Thanks for your time"!. Feeling insulted in front of my wife and 4 children! He stated that I would need to leave the free gifts with him and he would give me until tomorrow to make my decision. I pushed the $100 bill and Document for a free week back across the table gathered my family and left! Anyone that visits the North Conway area please be aware of this scam! I wasted approximately 2 1/2 hours of our vacation time and was not given our complimentary gifts in the end! read more

The "hotel" room was awful. The booking stated "main hotel" but there is no main hotel. There are only condo like rooms in different units. This is our last time staying at any of the rental properties at the resort. We gave it a second chance this year and wish we had not (smelled of mold, patched together, broken curtain so everyone could see our bed (even down the street), broken lock to sliding door so anyone could walk in, broken main light so we couldn't see, etc.). When the ancient hair drier caught on fire we had to blow dry our hair in the lobby with a loaner. These rooms have not been renovated in a long time. We do love there activities like the alpine slide, horseback riding and the zipline. We ended up doubling down on the zipline. We however miss the scenic ride which was replaced by the Bear mountain lift. Not that scenic or convenient as the chair lift next to the Alpine Slide. And they closed the pillow jump...in other years it was open during the fall (1st week of October). Boo! So.. less activities which means no need to stay the night anyways. read more

I was looking to take a long weekend skiing at Attitash and was looking at area lodging and kept ending up back at Attitash Mountain Village. I like the location, walking distance to lifts, and the indoor pool and many indoor and outdoor hot tubs and sauna at the resort. Also the price was very good. Upon checking in we were switched from the building I wanted to be in and requested when I put my deposit in. The employee checking me in at the front desk, Tony, was extremely sympathetic and adjusted my rate and assured I would be happy with the new room. When I walked into the room you could smell new carpet. There was new stainless steel appliances and tile in the kitchen along with a gas fireplace. The room had a murphy bed and pull out sofa with a full kitchen. The room was much larger and nicer than expected and the front desk staff, especially Tony made a real difference at the resort. We also were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant in the hospitality center which had a great drink selection, and a fantastic pizza. If we are in the area again, we will stay here. read more

The stay was fine, the rooms were nice. The pillows and beds left something to be desired but was typical for most timeshares. The reason for the 1 star is due to the service after the stay. I believe I left something in my room, and am totally willing to make the 90 min drive to pick it up, however, I cannot get anyone to confirm whether or not it has been left there. I was promised that the house keeping staff (that is there only until 3pm) would return my call before leaving. I even offered to drive there and check the room myself (with or without staff present, their preference) as it had not be cleaned yet. They were so not willing to do anything to accommodate. I'm leaving for another trip and needed the item I left behind. Not a single person cared or attempted to resolve my issue, just kept saying, "housekeeping manages lost and found" and "these things take time". I'm not sure how much time is truly needed to confirm if someone left an item in a room when they are telling you exactly where it would be, or even why I can't (if I'm willing) just check for it myself. The room is unoccupied and hasn't been cleaned from my stay. Additionally, when I offered to wait on hold for house keeping (for as long as it took--and I'm not kidding, I said 10, 20, 30, even 60 minutes) to see if the item was left and I could come pick it up, I was told, "you need to leave a message, they will get back to you". When I called at 2:55pm hoping to catch someone before they left in the office, the front desk didn't even bother to answer my call, just sent it to housekeeping which didn't answer and I left a third pointless message. This is beyond infuriating, and although I was once considering during my stay becoming an owner since it is so close and the amenities were nice, I quickly rethought this idea given the poor customer service. read more

Awful. Upon entering the room my family noticed the entire carpet was wet/damp, smelled of mildew. My husband went to the desk to report the wet carpet( literally the entire room) and they said "it was prob because of all the rain", I assumed they'd be by to look but nope, I went back next day to voice my complaint to a less than friendly man at the front desk who said they would send someone by but again, nobody came. Few hours later my son was on the couch as a stream of water came out of the ceiling soaking the couch. Entire room was filthy with black mildew on the shower walls, mildew stained ceiling panels and a tub that didn't drain while showering. The least of my concern was having no patio chairs that I was told we would have so when I asked the man up front he said"a guest probably took them" they never brought me more chairs so basically no where to sit outside our room but in a wet musty dirty room. This room is a health hazzard and should not be rented to guests, I would of had better conditions in a tent outside, I'll be disputing this charge with my bank asap!! read more

i've been coming here for years!!!!! and the amount of "noise complaints" we got for simply swimming in a pool. attitash maintenance came and started looking for the noise... he sees were literally the only ones in the outdoor pool. so he just told us not to worry there shouldn't be any further issues... because he knew we weren't breaking any rules.... the second time he comes there was a second call for use of marijuana.... again nobody is at the pool and we were all in the water tossing a football around... now again there is nobody at the pool...so again the attitash worker leaves again without issue.... 3rd times a charm!!!!! we are being told we have to leave or else theyll call bartlett police!!!! i told them make the damn call!!!!!! now police show up they dont smell marijuana they dont see ajy destruction of property a guest came in and even vouched that werent doing anything wrong....police even apologised because looks like attitash has a problem with black people using their pool!!! if you are of color watch out!!!!! racist establishment!!!!! read more

It was really good they have two outdoor and 1indoor pool. The town house we stayed at is a two bedroom but fits a lot of people.1bedroom has 2 queen sized beds,the other bedroom has a queen sized bed,a jacuzzi,and a sofa bed. We had 2 full baths and a washer dryer in our unit.we cooked our meals but had lunch once at Matty's,mostly kid meals.would love to come back it was fun!!!And there was two playgrounds, one basket ball court and a arcade!!!!!!! read more

So this is our second trip to Attitash Mountain Village. The first time we were not impressed with the accommodations. But the staff was wonderful, and made up for the rest. We would not have returned, however we had additional ski tickets, so we thought we would give it one more try. This time I was smarter, I asked about different rooms and ones that were more recently upgraded. We lucked out with accommodations in the Stanton House building. It's exceptionally clean, we'll appointed, and updated. Great location for skiing Attitash. There's an indoor pool for the kiddos, outdoor jacuzzi for the adults. Ice rink and snow shoeing on site, and walking distance to the lifts. The staff do go above and beyond to make your stay more enjoyable!! Glad we took a second chance and tried them again. I absolutely loved our relaxing weekend stay here. When you walk in the door, you feel right at home. The highlights of this apartment like hotel included a fully equipped kitchen (we made an amazing breakfast and didn't have to dine out!), very comfortable beds and closets fully stocked with blankets and pillows, super quiet and peaceful yet the location is convenient being very close to the outlets and several restaurants, comfortably fits a family, 2 bathrooms with jacuzzi tubs! First timers and we had such a great visit! Lots of activities (fishing, tennis, indoor & outdoor pools, very decent fitness facity, ETC). We stayed in Stoney Brook (a newer suite as it wasnt even on the map). We had a studio and it was really nice! Clean and plenty of room for a couple. We even saw bears two nights we were there...they were not interested in us, as they were dumpster diving. We regularly book resorts in the White Mountains area as it is less than a full day of driving for us to come here. We always stay in the off-season as my wife and I are not skiers. One of the locations we have returned to the most is the Attitash Mountain Village, especially the Suites. I'm sure we will be back again in the years to come. The units are always clean, well kept, and the generally quiet. Twenty minutes from the resort is the town of North Conway with it's quaint downtown area and outlet shopping. However, we mainly come here to relax, and relaxing it is. I can look out two sides of this particular unit, called Passaconaway, into nothing by treetops. Looking downward, one of our fellow tenants is grilling something that smells delightful on one of the supplied gas BBQs that dot the grounds, (each one in a gazebo, no less). There are indoor and outdoor pools available, let alone the skiing available in-season, for those who long for the slopes. read more
