Mason had helped me a year ago with a pair of New Balance, arches and heel lifts. She guided me thru arch support showing me how the shoes, arches and lifts worked together and was the type of care I needed. The products worked great. So I just returned and bought a pair of Brooks, with inserts. I love them. Mason knows how to put together what a person needs to walk comfortably and pain free. She also has very good bedside manner in the store, proving her office experience with the Good Feet team is great. read more

PLEASE go to the orthopedist, SAVE yourself and your money. The products are NOT custom, therefore they are trying to find something to fit YOUR problem. You will be so much better off going to the doctor. If you doubt what I'm saying, ask them about their return/refund policy and wait for the answer. Do your homework, check the reviews on BBB, I wish I had!! I've just completed my SEVENTH adjustment and will be going to the Physical Therapist once again on Tuesday due to my problems becoming worse since purchasing their products. Oh yeah, and I also had to go to the orthopedist and purchase a pair of custom orthotics, in ADDITION to the 2k package I purchased from TGF Store July 2023. Two stars for my free socks. So, I see the commercials/ads for The Good Feet Store all of the time. I decided to try them out since I've had some pain in my feet. I was met with an odd sales pitch, walking on an ink blot, putting my feet on some weird massaging machine and trying on their shoes. This was all before I got to their actual orthotics. I had another appointment, not realizing their appointments are an hour! So, I asked her to wrap it up and she told me the cost was $499...for the first of THREE orthotics I would need. Who would pay someone who wasn't an orthopedist that money?!? How does this place stay around??!? read more

I have a long history of foot pain and have tried arch supports, OTC orthotics, Dr. recommended exercises, massage therapy, special shoes with specialized orthotics, and sleeping in foot splints. Some of these have given relief and the specialized orthotics and one pair of shoes for 6 months had me in "remission" for some time. The pain always comes back though and the orthotics are worn out and its time to buy more things to try. I want a long term solution that will ensure continued mobility into my golden years. Enter the Good Feet store and Mason. This is only my second day so no miraculous claims at this point. I walked into the store without an appointment and they saw me right away. Mason was personable, listened well, and asked good questions. It was a lengthy appointment, allow 45 minutes, but if you ask they will speed it up for you. It is also very expensive, much more than the expensive shoes and orthotics and I wish the price conversation was earlier in the presentation. However, everything shown to me makes sense. I now have a variety of inserts, can still wear sandals and dress shoes, which is more appealing than one pair of sneakers day in and day out for 6 months, and there are follow up consultations and a lifetime guarantee. This is an investment in my foot health and mobility. I will update this post in two months and let you know if my experience still deserves five stars. read more

I've heard about The Good Feet Store before on the radio. Mason was very friendly and helpful, felt like I was just sitting and talking to an old friend. He was very informative and knowledgeable. As soon as I put my arch support in my shoes and stood up, I could tell a difference. I had no back pain just like that. I'm looking forward to seeing long-term positive results. This place is a scam! I initially went to get insoles for my shoes and they didn't tell me the price until I was paying for them. I found out they were over $500 and the salesperson didn't follow up with me as promised. I went to return the insoles because my feet hurt more with them. I was told that I needed to try other options from the store and my money would not be refunded. I told them I didn't want any insoles at all, but they proceeded to bring me options. Beware, if you don't like the product, you're stuck with it! Would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Think of a shoe store selling overpriced 3 stage arch supports off the shelf - NOTHING CUSTOM! None of this comes without significant cost! Heel Spurs or Plantar Fasciitis if you choose to buy a bottle of Good Feet "Snake Oil," be prepared to part with about $1,200! read more

Nice people. Long sales pitch. I honestly didn't want to hear it but sat through the very nice lady's long story to try in many many different shoes and none fit. I was under the impression that the shoes were custom fit. But they don't carry more the D width and my foot is 3x wide. It's a good concept but the shoes they offer are not the best. very scarce variety and not for people who have extra wide with which doesn't make sense to me as I feel it's the people with abnormally wide feet need this kind of support more. The three stars is for the nice service and the concert. I'd pay any amount of money for a comfortable pair of shoes. Just unfortunately not here. read more

Though I am a quadriplegic who has not walked in over 45 years my physician recommended a new pair of shoes to help relieve some of my foot pain. While visiting the Waverly area of Charlotte, NC the opportunity arose for me to visit this store and to work with a wonderful young lady Valencia who took my situation seriously even though I am not a viable customer for their specialty orthotics. Her diligence, patience and efforts resulted in the purchase of an extremely comfortable pair of shoes that give me the support I need. I was treated as if I was the only customer in the store and my comfort was their only concern. Customer service such as that is a rarity in today's retail space! If ever in the area again I will visit this location and hopefully be able to work with Valencia again! read more

I am giving this place two stars just because, to be fair, I can't speak to the actual products they sell. I'm just trying to save someone the one hour+ of time that I won't get back that was totally wasted at this store. If you want to read about our experience, continue reading below...otherwise I'll just say this is a sales pitch for a "system of insoles" with apparently no set price but somewhere in the ballpark or $1300 for 3 pairs, or $400 if you just want one pair. That info right there would've been enough for me to never consider going into this store. I wish I had gotten on Yelp and read the reviews quoting similar price points instead of going in on a hunch based on a radio ad (totally unlike me to not do my homework)! *The entire experience was akin to going into a mattress store.* ------ They start by sitting you down and telling you an "expert" will be right with you. And then follows a long and drawn out evaluation of your feet. We went in because my son has flat feet and is running cross country and is wearing holes in strange places in all of his shoes, which we brought in to show them. The imprint they took of his foot actually looked quite good/normal but the "expert" didn't address this at all, or even attempt to address where these holes are coming from especially given how "normal" his feet appeared. They then went into the back and emerged with a basket of these insoles and some shoes... Big red flag: After repeated inquiries during this long drawn out process with no attempt to even tell us what was going on w my son's feet, no one would even give us a ballpark of what this would cost. Another red flag: Throughout their pitch, they said things like "and you'll get three pairs of shoe pads for free" and "we give you three years of size adjustments and a lifetime replacement on these insoles." Finally, I made it clear that I wasn't agreeing to purchase anything and I needed to know the price. The salesman typed a bunch of stuff into his computer/register and a minute later said, "with tax, and again, the 3 pairs of free shoe pads, it'll be $1342.57." Ummmm, that was a big NO. So unless you are desperate and have tried alllll your other options, and have that kind of money to drop on insoles sold by experts who don't really appear to be experts at anything but a too-long sales pitch, PLEASE save yourself the time! read more

I feel sick knowing what I purchased for 1,000 dollars should have only cost me $120 at the podiatrist. I was under the impression that these were custom made for my feet, also not true. The only positive was that the seemed to help for a time but after a year I am right back where I started with knee & much worse back pain that I remember. I thought snake oil salesmen were a thing of the 1880's. This store reminds me of that, or a carnival barker guessing my weight. This place is a ripoff and you should not even enter the door. It takes over an hour for them to go through their spiel which is a bunch of psuedo-science with a little bit of real orthopedic truth thrown in to make it look trustworthy. They want $1500 for 3 pairs of plastic inserts. These inserts are not unique, they cost about $3, made in China. If you truly have foot pain go to a podiatrist. Their office fee and inserts will cost much less than this place. read more

I recently went to the Good Feet Store 15 days ago...I was told I'd get a phone call to see how my progress was in 10 days I never got a call...My feet I feel are worst and I was so desperately in need of some relief...11 hundred dollars later,I'm still longing for relief...Truly disappointed....And also my Girlfriend paid 350.00 dollars for the same product's 3 years ago...Alright over 7 months now and I just can't believe NOT ONCE did anyone ever call me to see how the fit was EVER!!! It was like throwing over 1300 hundred dollars down the drain!!! I'd leave work in tears because my feet hurt so badly!!! They are worse then I started wearing the inserts!!!! I can't even get a dime back because that's not their policy they said!! I could take them to court which I'm considering... I do not know what the other guy was talking about, but my experience at GOOD FEET was astonishing. Truly 11/10. They sucked my feet harder than anyone, AND if you send them feet pics, you get a 20% discount on purchases $600 or less. I would recommend this establishment for anyone who is currently trying to rediscover themselves. I actually could not tell you if they offer service or products, but they left me wanting more. read more
