I must have been going to terrible estheticians for bikini waxes before this, because it didn't hurt hardly as much as I've had in the past. Ellen is the best waxer I've ever had! And I've been to quite a few different places... For brazilians she is very fast, which is awesome. And the pain is far less than any of the other waxes I've had. I never feel awkward getting waxed because Ellen is easy to talk to and she doesn't make you flip around or get into any odd positions. She is super accommodating too, because sometimes I forget to tell her I want my armpits done as well and she always does them anyway if we have extra time (which we often do because she is so quick!). I've been going to Ellen for over a year. She is very professional, but down to earth, making you feel very comfortable during what could be construed as an awkward process between strangers. Usually I don't drop my knickers upon first meeting a woman for the first time. Her methods are very matter of fact, and she keeps the conversation going to head off anxiety. This was during her last months of pregnancy, which can't have been comfortable for her, but she was a champ. During her maternity leave, I just waited for her to return. Ellen provides the best Brazilian wax that I have ever experienced. I appreciate how quick, efficient and, painless (for the most part) the service is.
